The employee i had the misfortune of dealing with was too lazy to refill the ice in the soda machines, claiming she'd sell me a bag of ice instead of refilling the machine. Useless, rude and incompetent. Don't bother coming to this station if you expect any sort of decent service. Go to the one off Glassford instead. That one has employees capable of keeping the ice stocked.

What is the point of making customers buy something for Cashback and then charging them a $1 to get the money. BS. It is greed plain and simple. Plus the worker was carding the people in front of me. Getting louder and louder about 3 party laws. No one was arguing with her, she was just getting weird with the customers about it.

The short blonde stubby lady with glasses, is quite possibly the worst service person to ever be behind the counter. She turns people away claiming “party laws “and I am 100% positive She has never take a look at the law in her entire life. Seems like the type of person you give one modicum of tenuous power, and they lose their minds. I won’t go back to that particular Circle K until she’s gone.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the "assistant manager." Girl behind the counter was doing her job whilst getting harassed by the disgruntled customer in front of me. Instead of telling the man to leave, the "assistant manager" comes in and tells the girl behind the counter to sell him the cigarettes without a license. I guess the troll was more concerned about her customer's "friendship" status than she was for her employee's wellbeing... He was hysterical and shouting at the girl behind the register, then gets rewarded. Good job, troll.

Long lines need more than one person at the counter

Horrible customer service only one person works the whole store. Long wait times because there’s only one worker when there’s 2 people working the other one goes outside and acts like there taking out trash but just ends up smoking by the Redbox while the other worker is drowning.

The short ugly guy with glasses behind the counter told me I need to cut my attitude when I wasn't talking to him. The other skinny woman was helping me at self checkout and she was having a attitude towards me first. I simply told her I don't work here. And that ugly mother with the glasses wouldn't mind his business and told me off. And I cuss him out and throw something at his head. That's should teach him a lesson about customer service. And I don't regret my decision.
