Clarion Pointe Prescott Valley

Hotels
Hours: Clarion Pointe Prescott Valley offers a comfortable and modern stay with a variety of amenities. Guests generally find the hotel clean and well-kept, appreciating the absence of carpeting and the presence of a 24-hour cappuccino machine in the lobby. The rooms are noted for their updated design and good layout, although some visitors mention that noise from adjoining rooms and hallways can be disruptive. The hotel staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and attentiveness, particularly one clerk who handled guest requests with calmness and efficiency. However, some guests have reported receiving misleading information about pricing options at the front desk. While the hotel provides a free breakfast, opinions vary, with some guests hoping for more variety beyond cereal. Comfort is a mixed bag; while many find the beds decent and the linens appealing, others express disappointment with mattress quality, noting lumps and a lack of cleanliness. Despite these issues, the hotel is well-located, making it convenient for guests attending events at nearby venues. Overall, Clarion Pointe Prescott Valley is a solid choice for a short stay, especially given its modern amenities and friendly service.
