Wish I could leave 0 stars. Horrible customer service from BOTH managers. Didn’t get my full order and was overcharged by almost 20$ went in right after the charge for a refund he couldn’t help me called the managers the next day for the refund both refused to give me my money back. Terrible food. Told them they can have the food back and still refused to give my money back.

I have had no issues with this location at all. It's Del Taco. Take it as you will. It's fast food.

Ordered 4 tacos with no cheese and theirs cheese in my tacos. I found this out when I got home ain't no way im heading back to get new tacos ill just take the cheese out and hope I don't die from hives.

5/23/20 what was the cashier girls deal?!?? We have a fairly simple order a combo meal, 2 kids meals, and the $6 chicken box. Med sodas.We received the wrong combo, every order of fries are cold, and she "edited" the $6 chicken box to be just 2 chicken tacos. She refused at first to fill all the drinks. The hi-C the syrup ratio is wrong and the cup is almost straight syrup.From start to finish with her teenager bad attitude, we spent a solid hour in line. As I was pulling away she was outside on her phone complaining about customers.Wonder why......I plan on going back tomorrow to find a manager and get a refund.We usually love this del taco. But tonight was just unreal.Update almost 4yrs later......This place has actually gotten worse. They drive thru takes 30min on average. We have yet to receive a complete order. And when you go in the get the rest the people literally shrug and say they are out........ one time it was 75% of my whole damn order. We go every couple of months because we know employee retention sucks and we're hopeful the new wave of people will be better. We officially just give up on this place.

I've been here both during the daytime and at evening in daytime usually seems okay. Evening shift not so much. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited for 10 minutes with no cars moving. I pulled out and parked in the parking lot and went inside. I placed my order and waited for 29 minutes according to the timer and the kitchen. There were three employees, and while I feel for an establishment being short staffed, I lose that sympathy when one of the employees shows another employee something on their phone and laughs. Nobody really appeared to be trying. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money because I had to leave. They went ahead and did so and did it wrong. I pointed this out and they then refunded me the correct amount. I am keeping all of my receipts of the transaction and if the money doesn't show up in my bank statement, I will return. There was no apology given and nobody seemed to care. Good riddance.

Never again, had a problem with our order only for the manager Britney to be nasty on the phone and then proceed to hang up on me. I will not order here ever again, this isn’t how you do business.They literately got our entire order wrong and then had the nerve to be rude about it.

I’d just like to say I have no clue who is running this location now but you have really restored hope in this location again. We’ve ordered here twice in the last month. Once through the drive-thru and once on Postmates. Both times the service has been friendly, the food is hot and fresh. Lastly, we’ve gotten the correct order which is a big deal being that we stopped going to this location for about a year prior to these last 2 visits and it was so horrible. You are all doing a great job & we appreciate it ????????
