DICK'S Sporting Goods in Prescott Valley is a popular store that offers a wide range of sports, outdoor, and exercise equipment. Customers can find everything from baseball gloves, bats, helmets, and shoes to workout clothes, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and footwear from top brands. The store is known for its competitive prices, with many items available at the lowest online prices for in-store pickup. The staff includes knowledgeable professionals who provide helpful service, especially in the golf department where some customers have experienced excellent fitting and coaching, leading to significant improvements in their game. For example, one customer praised a staff member for their patience and expertise during a golf club fitting. In addition, the store’s footwear staff is helpful, offering suggestions that make a real difference, such as relieving foot pain with the right shoes. However, some reviews indicate that customer service can be inconsistent, and the selection of camping gear and flashlights is limited. The store carries a large variety of coolers, tumblers, water bottles, and Yeti products, but lacks certain items like boot laces. Overall, DICK'S in Prescott Valley is a convenient spot for sports gear and apparel, especially for local sports leagues, but those seeking specific outdoor equipment might consider nearby stores.
Rushing in at 10 till close, I was reminded twice within 3 minutes that the store was closing soon. Eh… not very helpful, welcoming, or appreciative. Average.

I have not been to a Dicks sporting goods store in awhile. But this location was very nice and well stocked, plenty of employees and was clean as well. We were helped and asked if we needed any help or if we had any questions. Check out was speedy and the prices were nice and economical.

The team members are so helpful. We were asked several times if we needed anything while shopping for kayaks, and they were all genuine and accommodating. Kudos to this staff for helping us so thoroughly!
