Way too messy. It's difficult to find something even if it's right in front of you because it's stuff, stuff, everywhere stuff and not in a good way. Shelves stuffed from floor to ceiling resulting in a lack of good lighting. It overall has a cluttered messy dirty feel to it plus I don't know why it's called "Dollar" General because almost nothing costs a dollar and many items are way over priced which makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.

Shera helped me shop when my back was healing from surgery and I had to get the essentials, not only was able to help me but other customers at the same time. I really appreciate your help last week, Beyonce was very sweet at the register letting me use different coupons. Thank you

The associate Beance’ was so rude! She refused to open her register and wait on me,
She needs a different job!
And Tim is amazing! He is kind and very professional! He helped me and I will go back because of him!
But this girl needs to learn customer service!
Tim asked her to come up and help and it took her literally 15mins to get there and put her register in after we waited in this really loong line for 15 mins!
I asked very kindly if she would hurry up and get the register in! She was high on something! Because a turtle would have been faster! Then she said she wouldn’t wait on me, really?!
What is wrong with the employees at the PV location?!
Except for Tim! He should be the manager!
Your other employees have no people skills what so ever!
I was so upset when I left thee!
Go somewhere else! Because Beouce’ is going to make that place go underwater!

This store has the worst service I have experienced in a long time. And forget using coupons here, even though I downloaded on the app, and when asked why they were not being deducted, all the assistant manager could say is They aren't downloading, and no effort to try a resolve it. I will not be going back to this store ever.

I would just like to share every time I shop at Dollar General in Prescott Valley, I receive exceptional customer service. Today I'd like to thank Marianne, Blayke and Tim. They all provided me wonderful service today. Tim has been with the company for quite some time, he is a natural with customers! He is always friendly and wonderful and helpful.

They have cleaned up the store some. The one gentleman, didn't get his name but he is very knowledgeable about everything and very friendly! I will get his name next time.

Stocking shelves in middle of day on a Saturday? Store is so full you can't find anything. Store is very dark. Makes you want to grap something and leave. Not an enjoyable experience.
