I had a printer delivered to my company address. On 3 separate occasions the delivery driver said he tried to deliver the printer but said nobody was there. I most certainly was there and never heard the ‘loud’ doorbell ring. I assumed he was either at the wrong address or trying to deliver it to the back door, which has no doorbell. My company has a pair of Fire doors to the entrance of the back. So no way I could hear if he/she was trying to knock. I then left a note on the back door to have them use the front door with the loud doorbell. They still got it wrong and took the printer back to their warehouse. I had to personally drive over to their warehouse to finally pick up my printer. Sorry, but NEVER had this problem with UPS.
