The employees at the deli are amongst the rudest, laziest, most complacent people ever, every single time! I believe that their strategy is to keep their backs to customers until they finally throw their "numbers" on the ground and walk away, which I have witnessed multiple times. Unbelievably bad customer skills and so slow once you convince them to wait on you! Go Elsewhere!

Armageddon Fry's! The shelves are usually poorly stocked, too many of slow items and not enough of the essentials. I've never seen one of these special hams they advertise because they're always sold out. And the digital coupons are a joke. Tried to set up my pickup order and almost everything is unavailable. That is unless you're looking for alcohol then it's alcoholics dream! Guess I'll just take my chances with Walmart, at least the construction has moved past the entrance there.

Fry's on Glassford is one of the best Frys I have been in.BUT DON’T EVER EVER GET DELIVERY.IT WAS A DAY LATR, THEY TOOK A TIP AFTER I PERSONALITY CHANGED IT CAUSE I GIVE CASH FOR TIPS, AND THRY GAVE RUN AROUND ABOUT REQUESTING IT BACK. I NEVER GOT IT BACK.

Got scammed out of 15.00 Dollars worth of gas. I only had 18.55 on my card so I went to the window and told the lady 15 on pump 3. I put my card in and I see the screen on the keypad said APPROVED. I went to walk back to my car and she says I owe an additional 3.55 to pump gas. ? Whaaat? I go get my phone to check my card and I literally ONLY had 3.55 left ?. I told her to that's impossible I showed her that frysstore #703 charged 15 dollars. And she said well only $11.45 went through on my machine I said I want my money back. She alleged she did a refund to my card. So I asked for a receipt so I can get my refund inside and she says flat out "they won't give you a refund inside" ???She printed the receipt it had an amount of a Refund of only $11.45. I couldn't wait I was running late to get my kids ran to circle k and went to grab kids. Came back to customer service and the lady looked at the receipt and said oh it says she gave you 15.00 cash back. I SAID OH NO SHE DID NOT. She said 11.45 would go on my card and it was 15.00. The lady said she would look over the video footage. And get back to me. And I haven't heard a peep. The gas lady tried to make me pay 18.55 for 15.00 worth of gas in the first place. And then to have nothing returned to my card is beyond me. ???

So tired of having to go to the customer service desk to have my account credited for all the over charged items. Shopping shouldn't be this difficult..the customer card to scan for sale prices not being linked to the app for digital coupons and to receive senior day discounts also having to be linked...it's too much! When I moved here from Chicago and signed up for the customer account card, it should have been explained better and/or linked all at the same time! Sprouts automatically gives EVERYONE the sale prices...no jumping through hoops. I wonder how many more people are being ripped off!!?? On the positive side, The young lady at the customer service desk is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. I believe her name is Samara. I'm just tired of having to go to her to fix Fry's issue's.

Born and raised here in Prescott Valley. This is by far the worst managed store I have ever come across. The Assistant General Manager Flynt was the only one who made it right with the issue I was having but that was after I spoke to 3 of their lead managers and one calling me a "Karen"? This was a basic situation that should of been solved and ended when I brought it to their attention instead I got the it's your problem mentality "call this number? "I work very hard for my money just like everyone else! And my time is just as valuable as theirs .. and to be written off when I spend thousands of dollars a year to that store gives me the worst taste in my mouth. I have had bad customer service issues before and I myself work in the field of customer service so to be written off like I don't matter or my money doesn't mean anything to their establishment makes me question their brand as a whole! Every manager needs to be retrained on customer service and listening to the customer. Not being argumentative or short with the customer because you need to feel that you are right.. you don't win in that situation you lose a customer that spends thousands of dollars.. I will not be going to Frys in Prescott Valley any longer and will take my money somewhere else.

I was recently shopping at this store, and I was harassed by Gene Draper and his staff. I admit I did not have a cart, but I was planning to purchase everything I had with me. I will shop at other stores from now on.

After shopping we walked out leaving cart because of a hour or more wait time to ck out. Decided to order through Instacart. The delivery time was supposed to be 8 to 10am and it was a no show. It was 12 o'clock when I called them and waited another hour for them to answer and they said they didn't have enough workers. First time this has ever happened and it will be the last because I will never ever shop there again or use Instacart. Again thanks you caused me to miss a important appointment

I don't often shop here and I need to more often. The store was clean and had just about everything we needed. I will say the prices were a bit higher than Walmart- disappointing.
