This used to be a good pharmacy. I had great relationships with many employees Two recent manager hires have changed everything. Workers disrespect you at every turn, even tell you "NO" when you ask them to fill a needed script they've been sitting on for days. I consider their recent behavior elder abuse. Today I discovered they neglected to send a very necessary script to the new provider. When I called the pharmacist LIED about having the script. I'm looking at the bottle with 2 refills marked plainly on it. It doesn't expire until 2025. You will want to take your business elsewhere.

My doctor sent two prescriptions to this pharmacy, for two different dosages of the same medication. They only filled one and led me to believe the doctor only called in that one. After I paid, the pharmacist called out to me and when I returned to the counter, he asked me about the other prescription. I told him I wanted it and he said he just decided not to fill it because he wasn't sure I wanted it. I asked him why he didn't call me and ask me before I picked up, especially since I live 30 minutes away, and he sort of apologized. He told me it would be another 30 minutes to fill the second Rx. Then I noticed the quantity filled was only 90 and I asked him why he didn't give me the quantity of 180 that my doctor prescribed. He told me that since I used a single care coupon, they normally only approve a discount on a quantity of 90 or 100. I found that excuse very interesting, since I didn't have any sort of discount plan or coupon on my account at Fry's and the prescription was filled before I arrived. Big mistake to have my doctor call my medication in to this location. Sad that a pharmacist decides not to be truthful, and willfully inconveniences customers.

Very terrible customer service , no one picks up the phone when I call in to get a prescription refilled , or if they do pick up they immediately put you on a 10+ minute hold ..

The lady told me I couldn't get my meds through ahcccs. I then asked if I could pay for them because I need the medication and have been on it for 20+ years. She wouldn't let me buy them either and told me that if I could pay for the medication i shouldn't be on ahcccs. Never coming back WORST experience I've ever had. They are rude and don't care and seem super shady.

I had an issue with my insurance & there were two gentlemen Juan & Matt, that helped resolve my issue quickly & with so much care. I was really grateful. Every single time I come to this pharmacy I am taken care of. Extremely pleased.

I was recently shopping at this store, and I was harassed by Gene Draper and his staff. I admit I did not have a cart, but I was planning to purchase everything I had with me. I will shop at other stores from now on.

After shopping we walked out leaving cart because of a hour or more wait time to ck out. Decided to order through Instacart. The delivery time was supposed to be 8 to 10am and it was a no show. It was 12 o'clock when I called them and waited another hour for them to answer and they said they didn't have enough workers. First time this has ever happened and it will be the last because I will never ever shop there again or use Instacart. Again thanks you caused me to miss a important appointment

Dirty store never stocked the seafood was absolutely horrible after I opened the plastic wrapper on the halibut the smell was of rotting seafood I couldn't exactly walk into the store with this item unwrapped and the sickening odor had to triple bag it and throw it away if shopping there check expiration dates it its reduced its for a reason smell all the seafood i will shop at Safeway or walmart i do not recommend shopping there

I have lived all over the country and have never experienced the long lines and wait until I started coming here. It's been over a year . And it has not gotten better!

Sometimes, they have good customer service. This location is way understaffed. Never answer phone, drive-thru is always closed, and the line is always top long inside. Been thinking about going to CVS. I have always been treated nice there.

OMG, went yesterday to get just a few things, as always, we looked at what sushi was made, they now have sashimi! Really good sashimi AND they now have small Char Sui Bao, AKA pork bun. They were a nice small size. They have them in packages of 3! They erre REALLY good! That's something we don't say much because we are picky about our Bao or sashimi and Sushi for that matter. SAY IT LOUD, CHECK IT OUT AND SPREAD THE WORD!!! ENJOY!

I have tried my best to like this Fry's location. I have even worked for the Kroger Company, so I know what they are up against. What grocery store is consistently out of milk. Just now at 4 o'clock on Tuesday, virtually no milk. Many store shelves are empty. I do realize they service a very large area, with very few choices for shopping, but come on! It is saying something when I would rather shop at Walmart over shopping at Fry's. I've shopped at Fry's for the 38 years I've lived in AZ. Thankful that Walmart is right down the street.

The pharmacy phone rang for 18 min and no one picked up the phone! On a Wed afternoon, this is unacceptable. Avoid this pharmacy, at all costs.

You can really tell how much they care about their customers. Not only is the wait ridiculous. But they don’t answer the phone and when questioned they say “ systems were down” meaning the computer systems not the phone system. Then they tell you systems were down which after questioning they’ll then explain that that actually means you need to contact your Dr and have the prescription re called in
