Special Thanks to the service department, They went out of their way to complete a transmission service on our F250. We were able to put truck back into production without any more down time. Thanks Galpin Team......

Been on this earth; for 41 years and have had many experiences with mechanic shops (most not good) but Wayat and his team at Gapalin Ford were by far the best experience to date. In a world where nobody cares and customer service sucks these guys still hold the values of taking care of the customer. We need more of this in Canada but its almost worth the 32 hr drive to see you guys when i need service. haha. Keep up the good work guys!!

Fred was great. We were looking at RV's, and he just allowed us to do our thing, was not pressuring us.

I scheduled a service recall appointment weeks ahead of time. I live an hour and 20 min away from the service center and it is the closest location near me. I drove to my appointment the day of and when I arrived they told me they had used all seven recall parts already this week and sent me home. I really would have appreciated a courtesy phone call to let me know so I did not waste 2 hours and 40 min of time and gas. I am also 8 months pregnant and was trying to get this done before baby arrives for safety reasons and now I have to wait two weeks closer to my due date and will have to be over two hours away from the hospital once that appointment comes. I just wish they would have let me know so I didn't waste my time and could have been doing many other things I need to do before the baby arrives.

Let’s just say lack of customer service every employee I’ve encountered there so far it’s just like a zombie only care about doing their job and their job only. Waited approximately 35 minutes for propane and still nobody showed up then when they decided to leave, they had customer vehicles blocking the exit. This place does have the best price for propane in town but it’s not worth it.

Took my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with 6899 miles to repair the fuel guage not reading either full or empty and a recall on possible fuel injector leaking/drain tube install. It took 30 days to get my car back only after I complained they had it too long. Never got any updates and never offered a "loaner" so my wife could get around as the Bronco is her car. No review of repairs made until I asked to talk to the service writer but he didn't really know either. The paperwork only has the charges listed. The car is still under warranty so I only got charged for the fuel Galpin put in to test the guage. They put 87 octane and I only ever use 89 as the manual suggests. The original recall was for a brake pad replacement that I wanted done at the Galpin Prescott location. Again, no communication that they didn't have the parts to do the repair. AGAIN they were going to keep the car for about 6 weeks without telling me. I found out the next day when I asked why the work hadn't already started. "Oh, we don't have the parts. We expect them in a few weeks." I took my Bronco home and waited until I was sure the parts were in. Its an old story with the Galpins that I've heard since the 1990's. Poor customer service-relations. Its too bad there isn't another Ford dealership within 40 miles so maybe the competition would cause Galpin to shape up on how they treat the customer. Im really hoping I don't have another recall to have fixed by Galpin Ford, Dewey or Prescott, Az.

Ok but did the wrong recall and made a 60 mile run and had to leave it. They were very sorry about it and said they would get on it asap.

Very helpful even though I have waited 18 months to get a Maverick still waiting! Picture is what type I'm getting someday!

Update: The repair needs to be redone and the warranty only covers parts, not labor. They don't have enough confidence in their own work to warranty it.I've reported Galpin to the AZ attorney general for consumer fraud. They engaged in deception, price gouging, false promises, misrepresentation, and are quite possibly the most inefficient, incompetent, and unethical business I have ever dealt with.I live full time in my motorhome and had a breakdown a week before Thanksgiving. I called every shop in the area and everyone was booked for 3-4 weeks. I explained my predicament to the manager at Galpin and he was kind enough to fit me in and said it might be done before Thanksgiving. The motorhome needed to be towed on a flatbed, which was complicated and expensive, and I had it towed to Galpin, extremely grateful that they were able to fit me in.They had my RV for three months and it sat on their lot for over three weeks before they even gave it a passing glance. The false promises started the minute I initially called them and they told me they had time. They knew that towing it was complicated and expensive, and that once it was on their lot I was pretty much at their mercy, and they brazenly took advantage of my predicament. They are understaffed, ill equipped, and incompetent. They avoided me, didn't answer my calls or respond to emails. Their excuse for not looking at my RV for three weeks? They didn't have a tow strap to move it. I'm not making that up, an RV repair shop didn't have an adequate tow strap to move a 23' motorhome, which is considered "mini," and it took them three weeks to get one. I was not made aware of this until I hounded them for updates while my RV sat. Had I known, I would have run to any local hardware store and bought them a tow strap. My RV sat for a full month before I got an estimate. Warranty companies have a standard for what is a fair and reasonable price for a repair. This is calculated by MSRP for parts and the average labor cost and time for the repair. Galpin's estimate was $2000 over the fair and reasonable price. I understand that there will be some variation in estimates, but $2000 is extreme. It was price gouging, plain and simple, because they knew that having it towed elsewhere would be expensive and that other shops were booked, so I'd need to tow it to storage until another shop had space.I mistakenly thought that having an estimate meant that the ball was rolling and the repair would start soon, so I agreed to the extortion rate. I had to hound them for updates, and at every step of the way, was led to believe that we were in the home stretch and it would only be another week or two. Four weeks went by and the repair had not even started. The next doozie is that I had to buy my own parts. They couldn't find the parts, although a quick Google search showed that new, genuine OEM Ford parts were readily available. Four weeks of waiting for parts and I finally ordered them myself and they arrived at Galpin two business days later, at half of Galpin's price. Okay, they have all the parts now, so it should only be a few more days, right? Nope. It was over a month until the repair was complete. They only have one lift, and it was occupied by another inoperable vehicle for weeks. The final kicker? I'm pretty sure that someone was using my RV while it was on their lot. Their lot is not at all secure and the gate is unattended. Every time I went to check on my RV it was unlocked, and I locked it each time I left. When I picked it up, the wastewater tanks were full. They were empty when I dropped it off, and it was winterized and the tanks should have been emptied during that process. My drains were completely obstructed and I had to hire an RV tech to clear them, and he said it looked like someone had thrown gravel down the drains. I'm giving Galpin the benefit of the doubt by assuming that someone was using my RV, because the only other explanation is that they intentionally caused damage because I was a pretty unpl

This is a mess of a business. Dropped off rv for repair over a month ago. They are incapable of making return phone calls, lost my keys, and when they finally did call back, they called the previous owner and not me! They had no paperwork and at one point didnt even know I had dropped off the rv or that it where it was!! Whole place is a disaster, picked it up and took it down the road to Affinity!

Went here for service for the first time since buying a Forest River trailer from them. Was forced to pay for a fuse in a water heater that had never worked since first purchase (should be covered at least for first year). Explained to several staff members that it wasn’t right to have to pay for a part that never worked in the first place, however got told it was ‘sales’ problem’ and given the run around. After a solid argument with an incompetent sales manager, I was able to find GLEN EDIE, the Finance Manager who I remembered having an excellent experience with when we first purchased the trailer months prior. Glen understood the situation and took care of the issue. Thank God for Glen! He was the only person in the building with a solid understanding of Customer Service. Had it not been for Glen, this review would have been ZERO stars, and Galpin would have lost me as a customer. You’re other employees need to learn basics from Glen, his knowledge and experience shows. Thank you Glen for your willingness to keep a customer and do the right thing. While you’re at it, they need to take the handcuffs off of Wyatt (in service) he’s a good guy also trying to do his best, but it seems some internal policies prevent these employees from doing what’s right.

This place only wants your money and does not give quality work give quality work nor do they care about you as a customer. Had an appointment Scheduled to get a service done when I got there the the gentleman said that he has to order parts and he would have the truck for a couple days. I even had to take part of the morning off of work to get my truck there and find a ride. That was never even mentioned and if you need to order parts then you should have said something to me said something to me prior to making the appointment. Also my truck has a manufacturer warranty issue that needs to be fixed and I was told that there wasn't a warranty when there is. He said he would work on my truck but I would have to pay out of pocket. Also the manager there is very unprofessional as well. Called over to the other Ford dealership in Prescott they were very nice professional and told me that it is for sure under warranty. What a joke this place is! Worst customer service ever!
