Got a haircut for me and my child. Katie only took 5 minutes to cut our hair each. Only the back was cut and the layers are very uneven for both of us. She didn't show me the end result or comb through my hair. It was very rushed and we were the only ones there and no one waiting.

I had a terrible experience. I got a haircut, went home, saw how bad it was, called and said I'd like to get fixed. I show up 2 days later and they make me wait instead of bumping next customer to fix a bad haircut that shouldn't have happened.
