I brought my wife to look for some jeans. She went to the changing room and there were no benches chairs or anything to help you with changing clothes. It's not that easy to do.
She complained about that situation at the checkout but no one seemed anxious to do anything about it but they were aware of it.
Not very customer oriented.

Dislike that i have to walk all the way to back of store to do return. I am disabled and waited 15 min. In line at cashier to find out I had to go somewhere else. Overall I am not very impressed with Kohl's

My first time ever buying here and it was all great the first time! I got Christmas gifts for my family, unfortunately what I got my mother for Christmas did not fit and well she went to EXCHANGE for a different size!! All tags still intact and receipt was saved with my phone number. They sent her to customer service and let me just say, customer service was no help or assistance! My mom is a Spanish speaker and could not communicate well with them. So I came down to the store and spoke with Customer Service. They should all get a training lesson in customer service or change positions because they were all RUDE! And I blame the supervisor because she was the most rudest of them all! And let’s not say the attitude when I ask them if they could just give us store credit to buy a different product or clothing. I could go on and say the way they handled this . By the way I did not get a name because she would not give it to me. But that is fine. I hope this gets resolved because I can say for a fact I will never return to this store again.. She treated a customer with no respect I can only imagine how she treats her employees… ZERO STARS for customer service!!!

The store is neatly organized, easy to maneuver, prices clearly marked. No garments on the floor, easy music background, associates friendly, not pushy, thanking me for shopping.
