  Been here a few times, let me tell you something. If there was one type of training I'd provide some customer service training. The front desk lady from 11am on Nov. 26, 2024. She was a bit rude at times. Wether it be being busy all the time or just a bad day. I always recommend giving it your all to a client/customer I'm order to provide the best service whether or not you're having a bad day, it's not their fault.

  I came here for a drug screening for employment and was turned away, the woman rudely telling me that she couldn't take me because apparently they stop drug screens at 2 pm. It would be fantastic if there was ANY WAY of me being able to know that beforehand. Besides, I arrived here only a few minutes after 2. It took them about ten minutes to call me up to the front desk. To turn me away for being TWO minutes late to the cut off time is petty and childish.
  
  I'm not angry so much about being turned away as I am with how rude the lady responsible for the screenings was to me. She was huffing and sighing when she came to greet me at the desk, and didn't greet me before bluntly stating that I have to come back tomorrow. Then she turned and walked away. As someone who works in healthcare, she should be ashamed of how she treats people in her line of work. What an absolute disgrace. Clearly she needs to find a new career if she's so easily aggravated by people just trying to wrap up what they need to do to start their own jobs.

  Sitting here for a fed drug test. I have heard multiple hipaa Violations. A couple of the female staff members are extremely rude. There was a Spanish speaking couple there with there newborn being tested. The staff recommended calling one of the other children in school to translate for them. I found the environment to clean in appearance a some staff to be professional. But the ones that weren’t ruined it for those who actually are trying.
  Update: after leaving this review I mysteriously popped positive for meth on my dot drug test. Because I am a commercial driver I am subject to random drug test so I am extremely careful what I put in my body that may trigger a this type of result. I truly believe but have no evidence to prove it that this lab retaliated an did something to scew my test results because of this review. I’m not sure how but this negative test result has destroyed my life and ability to provide for my family. I will never be tested by this company or any affiliated company again.

  Well so far my drug screen appointment was only good for occupying 5 minutes on the internet....good thing I don't need to pee badly or anything s/ And also, yes, the lady at the desk with brown and gray hair and glasses is condescending and unfriendly to me. She found it in her to he nice to a select few, but not me.
  Update: finally got called back and at least they did both tests together however I'm now being told my urine may be too diluted....and yet I had to be stuck twice because she couldn't get blood the first time....maybe because she stabbed the needle in me like a javelin and probably pierced the vein....

  Cold, indifferent staff. Especially those who draw blood. No warmth or friendliness. Never go there again . It's more like a factory assembly line.

  I've been getting blood test regularly for the last 40 years. The technician I had today was by far the worst in my entire life! You shouldn't be hiring these old inapt tech

  I am normally not one to leave reviews but this experience was so awful and honestly, I’m a bit livid as I sit in the waiting room of the Prescott Valley LabCorp. I came to get my lab work done, I was a walk in. The lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name. Short woman with puffy brown hair with grey on the sides and glasses, older) was immediately rude to me from the moment I walked in. She acted bothered by me that I was asking questions about their check in station and talked down to me like I was stupid and was very loud about it so the whole waiting room could hear it. How embarrassing and unprofessional. If it wasn’t for the fact that my insurance isn’t covered elsewhere, I would have walked out. It’s crazy to me that people at the front desk are doing half the work they used to (since we check ourselves in now and scan our own cards) and they have the audacity to treat you like trash for not knowing how to use their machines. It’s upsetting because I’m here to get my blood work done because I’ve gone a year not feeling well. I’m sure a lot of people are here due to not feeling well. The last thing we need is to be treated like trash by the front desk people when we already don’t feel well. I will say the Prescott location is much friendlier from my previous experiences and if you’re like me and have to use LabCorp, avoid the Prescott Valley location. I live in Prescott Valley and after this experience, I’ll gladly go to the Prescott locations from here on out.

  My mother in law was in this morning. The tech was laying on my 76yr old mothers arm because she thought my MIL was lying about not being able to make her arm straighter! This is ELDER ABUSE! I've tried to call, came in to make a report and haven't been able to speak with anyone! This is so WRONG! Almost broke my MIL's arm! DISGUSTING!! No wonder they are only rated 2.9! I will be taking this farther up!
