Everyone is always nice and professional, people need to respect others and the job they do! Too many people complain about this location! I don’t understand why!

I am normally not one to leave reviews but this experience was so awful and honestly, I’m a bit livid as I sit in the waiting room of the Prescott Valley LabCorp. I came to get my lab work done, I was a walk in. The lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name. Short woman with puffy brown hair with grey on the sides and glasses, older) was immediately rude to me from the moment I walked in. She acted bothered by me that I was asking questions about their check in station and talked down to me like I was stupid and was very loud about it so the whole waiting room could hear it. How embarrassing and unprofessional. If it wasn’t for the fact that my insurance isn’t covered elsewhere, I would have walked out. It’s crazy to me that people at the front desk are doing half the work they used to (since we check ourselves in now and scan our own cards) and they have the audacity to treat you like trash for not knowing how to use their machines. It’s upsetting because I’m here to get my blood work done because I’ve gone a year not feeling well. I’m sure a lot of people are here due to not feeling well. The last thing we need is to be treated like trash by the front desk people when we already don’t feel well. I will say the Prescott location is much friendlier from my previous experiences and if you’re like me and have to use LabCorp, avoid the Prescott Valley location. I live in Prescott Valley and after this experience, I’ll gladly go to the Prescott locations from here on out.

My mother in law was in this morning. The tech was laying on my 76yr old mothers arm because she thought my MIL was lying about not being able to make her arm straighter! This is ELDER ABUSE! I've tried to call, came in to make a report and haven't been able to speak with anyone! This is so WRONG! Almost broke my MIL's arm! DISGUSTING!! No wonder they are only rated 2.9! I will be taking this farther up!

I had an appointment and they were exact on time with no wait despite it being in the morning. The staff were very courteous and professional too. Thanks for a positive experience.

I have been being tested at Labcorp for 4 years every 4 months. My results are always available the next day. Today they are not available and trying to get a human being to talk with buy phone is impossible.

Office is clean and well organized. Wait time was minimal, even though the waiting room was packed. Staff is efficient, helpful and professional.BUT, don't even try to call this office. No one answers. Like NEVER. I called dozens of times without success, so I thought OK, I'll leave a message and they'll call me back. NOPE, they won't! Makes you wonder if their phones here even work.

Clean waiting area, there check-in stations. Highly recommend making a. Appointment online but they do take walk-ins. You can wait for an hour or longer without an appointment. They observe the hours from 7a-3p, if you are in the lobby before 3pm they will draw/accept your labs. Staff were kind and friendly.

Ridiculously over priced. Very very poor billing office. Can't get insurance correct. Will avoid them from now on.

Although the lab tech is fantastic, I have never encountered such a mess with a billing department-ever! With a history of cancer and other disease, I am not new to medical bills. I've paid every single one of them after insurance was applied. Labcorp refuses to adjust our billing and is billing us for full blood tests. This is not right. Even the tech told us this is not right. Our deductible was met and our insurance covers a good portion of lab bills. For some reason labcorp wont admit their error and send corrected bills? They are even sending collection warnings. This is just crazy.

My visit with LabCor was excellent! I was assisted by Tracie and she was extremely professional and friendly. I saw a well organized staff and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very high level of efficiency.
