As a new customer I am disappointed in the lack of communication with who I presume is the owner. She refused to talk to me when I asked about pricing. She was speaking clearly and loudly to other customers. The tools used were not taken from a sterilized package. The scrub bar on my callous was placed back in its original package as if to be used on another client. It was an unpleasant experience and I will not return.

Anna did my nails today
My nails were in bad shape and she did a fantastic new set for me. Now my nails look and feel perfect. Thank you Anna. I love my nails. I'll see you in a few weeks.

This place is the best. I just started doing my nails with a non toxic gel like polish system called O•P•I (Ulta sells it locally) which I bring with me. Kevin, Anna and Dung have the best sense of humor and make everyone laugh. Which I find therapeutic. Nails are beautiful every time! I tried 3 other salons. The energy of this place is so much different. Prices are good.

I came in at 4:30 to get a gel french manicure and Dung gave me the best manicure, and I was her last client of the day! Outstanding!

Kevin & Anna are great. I've had gone through multiple nail techs. I went to a salon before Spa Excel & the nail tech made me bleed & said it was my fault my skin was too soft. Came to Kevin & Anna & they've taken care of me ever since. Multiple of my clients now go to then for their nail spa experiences. Love them both. Xx, Janelle
