I love this family owned company! They fabricate beautiful cabinetry for our client's custom homes we build. The whole team is great to work with! From the design process, to installation, & to after care, NAW is professional and personable!

My husband was a long time contractor in the Prescott area. This is the fourth home we’ve purchased our cabinets from Northern Arizona Woodworking. They are great to work with, explain everything thoroughly and and create beautiful cabinets and custom bookcases. They were the best part of our building experience.

They were helpful, but didn't carry the specific item I needed.

They built the cabinets in our Prescott Valley home for our builder, and we LOVED those cabinets. Always worked as intended. They also built an additional cabinet for us after we moved in for the toilet stall that matched exactly. Then we moved into another new home in Prescott with FAR inferior cabinets built by someone else completely who is not even in the same league as NAW, and we never knew how badly cabinets can be built! And how bad cabinets can really impact your quality of life! But we asked NAW to build us another matching cabinet for the stall and they did a fantastic job as always. We’re now preparing to ask them to remove/replace some (as many as we can afford) of the bad cabinets in this new home. We’ve had as much as we can take of these awful cabinets. Word to the wise: Don’t settle for cheap poor quality cabinets....you’ll regret it!

They are a family business that goes beyond your expectations. They did our kitchen cabinets and also a dining room wall unit. They are so precise and patient with all our questions and visits. Ryan and his staff are true professionals.

BEWARE!! Over 4 months wasted and I'm left with a partially demolished kitchen and am back to square one! Was supposed to be put on work schedule upon receipt of signed contract & 50% down check (was done within 1 week of receiving estimate). I was given a July 6 install date. I called on June 22 to see when final measure appt. was and found I wasn't even on the schedule!! Owner Bob Myers called me back and went on a 2+ minute raging monolog blaming ME!! Told me that I hadn't made final countertop selections (I did that May 22), didn't have a signed contract (see above), and made too many phone calls (??), that I would NOT be put in front of any other clients and it would be an additional 8 weeks!, etc. etc. Once I was finally able to respond (He'd said "LET ME FINISH!! when I tried to respond at one point), he grudgingly said he'd come out June 26 or 27. No show, No call. Fired him on June 28. I'm not a novice ..I've flipped 5 houses in the last 10 years and this experience was the worst. Everyone makes mistakes but the contractor should man-up, apologize and try to rectify. From one of the latest reviews I could find, blaming the client may be Bob's modis aparandi when he drops the ball. That reviewer also said the owner had called and yelled at HIM after NAW did shoddy work by cutting his counter tops wrong with a "too large sink hole, too short near the stove and not level". There's, of course, more to the story but I'm out of room. Wish I could leave MINUS STARS!
