I was told that they can get me into a jeep with 0 down. When I went in they eventually wanted 2k-3k down on a car with almost 100k miles that would clearly need a lot of work. Customer service was excellent. They freaking ran my credit 9 times!! They really tried there best but at the end of the day they couldn't do anything for me. Which is for the best. High down payment, high interest and high milage. They also said my credit was 70 points less than what my bank says. If you have 2k-3k, just go buy instead. They shitty part is now they have all my personal information.

I went to look for a car and they never contacted me like they claimed they would about other cars they had elsewhere. They also have high prices.

Can't stand anything about this place they don't honor there service contracts they over charge and under deliver wish I could do no star at all .....will never recommend anyone buy anything here again

Kevin is awesome, very informative and extremely knowledgeable. He deserves all the recognition and respect. I was extremely impressed with how he knew every answer for any question I had. He was transparent and super respectful. The owner was also a pleasure and so kind! They had great attitudes and customer service. However the guy in the left office doing disclosure documents wasn’t friendly. However I left very happy. The world needs more Kevin’s! !!!!!!!THANKYOU KEVIN!!!!!!!!

I give this place two stars cause of Kevin. He's a great sales man. But after being yelled at by the owner cause of where I parked and was trying to get out of the lot, I only stopped to hear what he was saying to me, I won't be buying a car from here. I'm a new driver and new to the area, first ones not an excuse but new the area is definitely valid. Plus I've heard lots of bad things about this place from relatives in the area that they sell lemons and they sneak extra fees in.

Had a good friend of ours dad buy his truck from Oxendale, they kept taking the truck in stating the truck was making horrible noises. They repeatedly said nothing was wrong. They took it to another mechanic and the rear breaks and rotors were completely gone and the front breaks were wore completely down.

We bought a car from them a little under 3 years ago. We have had nothing but problems with it. I was actually looking at another car but the sales guy was determined to sell me my car because it has low miles.. now I see why they wanted to get rid of it. We had them put a new engine in it recently and I have had to bring it back twice since I got it back not even a month. But of course they have every excuse in the book that they're not responsible for any of the new issues. Now they did agree to put the new hoses on at no cost but when they didn't clap the radiator hose on and it blew leaving us broken down on I17 having to pay a $200 because it overheated since there was no water in it since the hose blew. The mechanic very nice guy but the management however is absolutely horrible I told him I'd be writing a review he told me he would reply back saying that I was trying to get stuff out of them.. great customer service huh? So do not buy from them they sell lemons which you can see and other reviews and their management staff refuse to take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Even the general manager pretty much told me they'll fix the car but never come back... dude we bought this car from you. You installed the new engine while leaving out screws not clamping hoses causing it to overheat possibly ruining the new engine and of course you won't take responsibility for that. Shame on oxendale maybe need to take it higher than the so-called general manager who won't take responsibility for anything . When the tow truck driver was putting it on the truck and was underneath getting it hooked up he was the one that pointed out that no hoses were even secured or and that there were screws missing everywhere. He gave us his phone number just in case this go to legal action. I believe since my 85 year old father was helping me pay for this that they were taking advantage over an old man causing more damage so more money could be dished out to them.
Update we took our mountaineer in there about the same time to get the pulley fixed and funny thing is right after we got it out of the shop the mountaineer also overheated is it a coincidence I don't think so I really think they're trying to take my dad for a ride for his money.. shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly

Be careful when dealing with these guys they will sneak in all kind of extra fees, like a $2,500 warranty that's only good for 24,000 miles and this is after I told them I would be using the vehicle for over the road driving, 10,000 miles a month I would recommend going to a different dealer there's a reason they're so small and it's clearly not because they have good business practices, also they lied to the finance company about features in the truck to make it look like it was worth more just so they could get the sale I still have the text messages where they asked me to lie when the finance company called me this is all after I was done and already took ownership of the truck

The reason I bought my truck from Oxendale in PV was because of Kevin Consolo. He went above and beyond during the process while I test drove multiple trucks. He even went so far as putting gas in the tank and making sure I could take the truck for weekend while my family and I decided. I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to Oxendale in PV. Just ask for Kevin.

These guys are just hands down incredible. I tried for months to trade in my truck to lower my payment and find the right deal. They were the only ones in the state that were willing to do what it took to help me. They even stayed after hours to do everything they could to help me. Chris the salesman, and Nick the finance manager are two of the best and I cant say enough good things about them. Hard to find the service they provided to me these days. They definitely have my business from here on out.
