What's up with the package tracking here? The women there are always nice and easy to work with but several months ago (the last time I was there) I shipped two phones back to AT&T and they claimed that they never got them and the tracking information doesn't work. 3 days ago I shipped something else and USPS keep saying (8 times) that the tracking information isn't correct. It's incredibly frustrating I don't think I'll be back.

This place is awesome. I walk in about once a month with tons of returns. They help me so much. They're so kind and patient. They go over the top to help me. Shaunte takes good care of me everytime!

My wife and I have a mailbox here in Prescott Valley at PostNet. The service has always be great, never a problem. Currently we are traveling in our 5th wheel seeing the country. When I call to have our mail forwarded, I talk to the owner, she has always been great to get our mail to us the best way possible. I think that the customer service has been outstanding. I highly recommend using this PostNet for all your postal needs.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! BEST experience, MOST helpful businesswoman! I had a convoluted, tricky sale of saddle, Melissa and her team were so patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Not to mention they quoted me for FedEx, UPS and USPS making it possible for me to get the best rates in the quickest time frame! Go see them for all your packaging, and postal needs, you will not be disappointed!

This guy should NOT be in business AT ALL...everyone we have talked to about the location agrees...rude, can't be bothered, refused a pre-paid package that was to be dropped at any UPS served location and he sent us away. NOPE, won't be going back to this place again. Close it up.
