I DESPISE THIS COMPANY. Upset that I have to even give you a star to write a review. This company is full of incompetent vile rats. They are incapable of hiring anything but incompetent vile rats. They will mess up EVERY order. They will let your child starve. They will lie and hang up on you after 45 minutes on hold. They will let your child’s ventilator malfunction for months before checking if the machine needs updates. Disgusting they call themselves a DME company. Answer your phones!

Customer service is horrible they have no manners at all and I cringe everytime I have to call them. I would rather drive into PV and exchange my oxygen tanks in person than dealing with customer service!

I started with Preferred in September of 2022 and everything was great. They sent me 90 days supplies of my Cpap for the first year of service. A couple months ago they were bought out my another company. They will not send me 90 day supplies. Very bad customer service. I had a credit card on file to pay for my supplies and when the new parent company took over they just canceled my card on file and had to give it to them all over again. I tried to stick it out but after 2 months I was told I would need to wait for 2 more months to get 90 days supplies. Will be changing supplies provider. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I never had a problem with my local office, just with the Phoenix office.

Second update:Everyone just call your insurance and file a report and have your insurance call on your behalf fir your prescriptions since they only listen to them.Answer the phone! I've been calling all day and no one answers. People rely on you to do your job! Shame on you. Where is our shipment?!!Update: I called your corporate # and Mr. Sandoval was to call us. I was promised (2 days of calling) last week a shipment for LAST months order within 3-4 business days...it's been 8 days now. No phone call, no idea if we are getting our order!!! Here I am again calling you for days with no remedy.

Not even worthy of 1 star! Their customer service sucks. Several calls made after waiting more than a half hour in cue and still no help once you can actually talk to a person. Erin only answers the phone and transfers you to no where land and if she leaves a message for a rep such as Misty to return your call...well good luck no call. Save the heartache go somewhere else!!***In response to Preferred Homecare response to me below. Read my review I have tried to call to discuss*** your canned response is part of the problem!!!***

I have been waiting for them to fill my order with no luck. I finally reached a person on the phone and they said their system was down. I am trying to call them again and no one answers the phone. Go somewhere else. They will disappoint you when you need supplies the most.

***UPDATE*** -10 rating should be allowed.Someone finally bothered to call today 11/17/2023 to set a date to deliver equipment. A shower chair apparently takes 3 months to get. Last time I tried to speak with these incompetent people, I had my insurance company on with me and the "supervisor" hung up on us as soon as she answered.They have continually ignored, lied about dates, etc. We bought one 2 weeks ago because they can't be bothered. We can't afford it but we can't wait anymore.This company should be put out of business. Worst service ever. Don't waste your time. Just go buy it.Surgery was August 21st. Second on September 20th. Still don't have equipment now October 16th. Worst customer service ever. They also lie. A lot. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Terrible customer !! Their new answering service which i guess they are supposed to only take a message and pass it to a personal from preferred is the worst Nicole an employee of their told me she could help and that the person in charge was busy and could take calls when I told her i could wait as long as she needed she hang up on me if you care any about you love ones please stay away from this company.

Onward with horrible service. Called twice on Monday and Tuesday for portable tanks. Have been out since Tuesday. Answering service took order. No response, call PHX, they sent order. Twice. Then told they would check on it. Now Saturday and still no 02, have to go out with no 02. My tanks last 45 min on pulse, this continues to be the worst company in the US. But am forced to use cause of insurance. Ive been on 02 since I was born off and on, pneumonia over 20 times. Since 1995 have been on 02 24/7. Even Dr has called in twice with STAT orders. Unreal people service. Whoever is getting good service from them must be the less needed. WOW Store, answering service, major store and still no 02. I'm on 3 liters. Go figure saddest PR.

I have been trying to get oxygen for almost 2months from them. They will not answer the phone or call back I have left 8 messages and have never called me back. I'm waiting in their parking lot as I am writing this review because they are out to lunch. I think they are out to lunch all the time. If you need home supplies this isn't the place to go.

Zero stars... They are unable to answer a phone in under 20 minutes. They lose orders. They claim they don't receive orders and Dr. notes. They are rude and unprofessional. If you NEED medical supplies please insist that your doctor use another company.

They started this new messaging service and it is not patient efficient. People call When have time And they can't necessarily answer the phone whenever preferred decides that they want to call back. This is ridiculous. I have been trying for a month and a 1/2 to get my supplies. And I can't because every time they call back Im at work and I can't answer my phone then I have to call them back and again....of course they have a High call volume, then they send me back to the messaging service again and it starts all over..I will be calling my insurance company, and letting them know that the customer service is failing the patients at preferred home care.
