I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give a negative rating I would!! DO NOT buy from this establishment! They're plants are infested with all sorts of bugs and diseases! And when I confronted them they acted like they are not accountable.. TERRIBLE people at this establishment that don't care about plants or their customers, only the money, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is a family owned and operated Growers and Nursery it is a valuable mainstay for our community. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I know, I've been doing business with them for 20 plus years. And the prices are very reasonable.

For landscapers and contractors only, not homeowners. They sell to the retail shops around here. Good service and info

I'm new to the area and was in need of trees to "green up" the property. No knowledge of trees or planting. My first visit was great. Very friendly and Knowledgeable staff. They take the time to listen then advise. The trees i bought (around 30) are beautiful, big and healthy today.

We used Allan & PVG for the planting and drip system of our new home...over $10,000 of work. Initially Allan was very responsive but does not return calls, emails or texts in the past 2 years. Had to find another landscaper to replace 2 valves on our drip system last year. Two years ago we made the mistake of recommending Allan & PVG to friends. Again he is unresponsive to them also. Plants are dying and he is not backing his products.

I had the same experience as Elaine: Prescott Valley Growers supplied me poor quality plants and trees and took no responsibility. They planted a Bradford Pear that was supposed to bloom but not produce fruit. It almost never bloomed and instead produced little pear balls that littered the yard. When I called Prescott Valley Growers and politely explained the situation, they dismissively said "It is what it is!" and offered no apology or remedy. Doing some research, the stunted fruiting meant that PV Growers was likely using an amateur grower who didn't know what they were doing. (On a side note, apparently Bradford Pears shouldn't even be planted because they cross-germinate and are considered an invasive species. It's irresponsible for them to even carry them.) I had it removed at my own expense as PV Growers refused to remove it. Another tree Prescott Valley Growers planted produced spindly, sickly leaves. More research indicated it is a tree that doesn't thrive in this region. I wrongly trusted Prescott Valley Growers to plant quality trees that would do well in Prescott Valley! They also planted vines that, instead of being low-maintenance and blooming flowers as promised, grew quickly and protruded wildly, looking like Sideshow Bob's hair. Not the effect I was going for. Even with frequent trimming, they started to break through the fence before I had them removed. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Inferior trees and plants and they will not stand behind their products. I purchased two 15 gal. Oak trees from them; all were terribly root bound and after almost three years, have not grown. I've been back twice to be sure in was doing everything right. The owner asked me questions about when I water; I said drip, 24 hours at a time, every 7-10 days as I was told when I bought them. Told by her. "O no, that's not right. Only water during the day." Huh? Everything I said I was doing, she said was wrong just so she would not have to replace the tree. "Were you wearing a blue shirt when you planted it?" "...um, no". "Well, there's the problem! You have to wear a blue shirt!" Ok, not that extreme but close. Don't shop here. Even the small shrubs and flowers are poor quality.
