I've had the privilege of working with Prescott Valley Rent a Center for a good few years now, and the amount of grace, help and understanding from the gentlemen there has been a huge blessing to me and my children. When things are tough, never have they hesitated to be supportive and worked with me. I'm the sole provider for my family and times are tough right now. Without judgement, Ryan & John and all of the management and gentlemen there have always been there to offer their support and encouragement. I'm thankful and proud of my relationship with them and truly could not be more thankful for them. They are more than what they advertise. They are an extended family to us and I am so grateful ??. So THANK YOU to all of you for being a huge part of our family.P.s. For the negative reviewers, please keep in mind that it only takes one person to bring down the trust or moral of a business, and that specific person has since then been let go..... we had similar negative experiences with him, but do not hold the entire staff and store accountable.-Aly H.

Furniture is what I expected the salesman was great the delivery people could of used more experience in setting up the Furniture o had to redo it. And the salesman said they would move old furniture they did but took paint off wall and put a hole on one of my couches. But overall it was pleasant.

Stay away, this company as a whole is shady, they over promise and under deliver, they will add stuff to your account with out permission, they will over charger you and or make you pay for items you have yet to receive and they will get rude if you call them out on their inability to have proper communication between not only customers but with there own employees as well.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible store. This store took over two weeks to refund me. They dragged my refund wait time to 2 weeks and kept putting my refund off. The store Manager Brandon promised me they were going to drop off my refund today on Feburary 23. 2023. They had me waiting all day long just to cancel my refund delivery on me at 6:19pm. I am so mad. They wasted my entire day and then tried to lie on the phone saying because of some snow they won't be sending there guys to deliver my refund as promised. They were leading me on all day. They waited until closing time to tell me they were canceling my delivery.I hate this store. They lost my respect and business. Horrible people. Super inconsistent. Be aware of this place. They will make promises to call you back and forget to call you back. You have to hound these people to obtain cooperation. It is down right Horrible.Good luck with this place. I'll just save my money and buy what I want out right. I can't believe this business. It's Horrible.

They have the worst customer service from any business I have ever been to. So let’s get into some detail hopefully this saves someone else. I called on a Wednesday two days before my payment was due gave them my card info to take the payment, then the next day received a message saying payment was due and then called back was told they would call back so after receiving no call back we called again the next day and same thing we will call you back then on Saturday recieved a message that my lease had expired so I told them fine come get your stuff they set up an appointment for Monday and never showed up needless to say there stuff has been sitting on my porch when they can’t do anything they say they are going to. Do not ever do business with them

Very disappointed in the lack of urgency. It seems as if this business needs a proper sales training course of proper communication and follow up with their prospects. In my many years of doing business I have never met a sales team that is not interested in making commission on their products. I had to give my business to Aarons and they took care of me in less than a day when I have been looking to get something locked in towards the end of November. Maybe they can earn my business in the Future but at this point Senior leadership really needs to help this store operations when it comes to their revenue enablement.

All the guys at rent a center and amazing! I left my money bag from my business inside rent a center, I had no clue it was missing and they retrieved it from a customer who had found it. Long story short none of my money went missing and I want to thank Brandon the manager for keeping my money safe!!!! Homies for life.

Horrible service I thought these guys were so cool I paid for one thing then I purchased another my house catches on fire I have hard times for two weeks they won’t stop calling me three times a day four times a day I am tired of it I told him that I can’t get the money until next week which was today what do they do send the van out call me on the phone I can’t deal with especially when a house catches on fire right before Christmas and this is the way they treat you

RAC is great the guys in Prescott Valley AZ r the the best there is. They go above and beyond to take care of the customer . We have got different merchandise from there and no complaints

I used to always be pleased with the service provided. However, lately I couldn’t be more displeased. I’m due on Sat. On Sats I get 3-5 calls. I know it’s due and one call is enough.. You’re closed on Sundays and then Monday morning your calling my references for payment? I’ve been a long time customer, I always pay, I’ve paid off a handful of items with you and was almost done paying you off on my last order when a fire burned my home to the ground and then I had to start back over with you guys. If I was 4-5 days late I would get it but I’m not. Completely overboard. When I asked the store about it, the employees told me 3 times a day on the day it’s due is “new company policy”.

Extremely unprofessional, one thing I cannot stand is a liar. If you want honest service don’t look for it here. Brandon loaded a tv into my vehicle without a box, without any bubble wrap or other protection. Instead of putting the tv flat and taking the legs of the tv off, he admittedly said that he propped it up in the vehicle. When my husband got home from the short distance with the tv, the tv was cracked. Brandon’s story changed multiple times which indicates he’s not being truthful. At one point he told me he did not offer my husband delivery. Then I get a call from Ryan saying that he “heard Brandon offer delivery to my husband multiple time”. What an absolute joke. According to Bianca there is no written policy stating that a tv must be put in a box or wrapped with any type of protection before a customer takes it home. Seems suspicious to me. I guess it would be a good place to work for considering the fact that she really does stick with what her associates say no matter how many times the story changes. Did my husband take the tv, yes. Would it have been broken if it was loaded and prepped properly? Absolutely not.
