I need corporate to contact me. I go into this store and greeted by little Kyle in the back that's what is on his name tag. He says hi so I say what's up. He responds the sky, I only give stupid answers for stupid questions. I asked if he's calling me stupid. He responded well I asked that question so I asked to see a supervisor. That is when the blonde with the tongue ring with a name on his tag I can't even pronounce came up and asked if I would want to file a report. As he's asking me he just laughing about the whole thing and I tell him stop laughing cuz I don't find it funny and he want it so I told him I would report him too so here I am can someone contact me this is so unprofessional im a patron this was unacceptable. The manager Dynasty whatever his name was also said corporate's not going to do anything as he's laughing at me so that's fine they can keep doing this and I'm going to record it and post it to YouTube next time cuz the way he acts obviously this is normal

You have person telling people over the intercom must have been in charge. He was telling customers to not bring up big orders to buy less because they are short handed there was a line of about 15 people and would not help the one cashier awful service

Oddest employees working here. The two men working up front were clearly under the influence. They seemed spun out of their mind. One guy at the register yelled “more! More!” As in to put his items on the counter as he hastily checked him out while he tried to all but chew his bottom lip off. Y’all need to to test your employees

They have the worst selection for size 14 shoes, and the shoe rack is never in order. The people that work there are very nice

I used to love Ross. My autistic teenage son was bullied both verbally and physically by a cranky old woman, witnessed by many. I took my son and we left. The store never kicked the woman out. The woman’s behavior caused my son great distress. It’s been a month and he still is afraid to leave the house. I’ve called several times to speak to the general manager and no one ever called me back. This store is horrible. Discriminating against people with disabilities is not something that should be tolerated and. Ross is not a safe place for those with sensory issues. Poor management

I do like the store Ross very much. I don't have one in my hometown so when I visit here I always make sure to stop by. Like any store of this type, sometimes they have a lot of men's clothes for me to choose from. Other times things have been picked over. That's understandable. Overall, I usually find something that I like a lot there and I buy it. I love good bargains. Recently my very elderly mother wanted to buy a nice dress and she wanted to check out Ross for this. I took her there and she found a dress or two that she liked and she wanted to try them on. The only fitting rooms available at that time, were small fitting rooms at the front of the store. She was in there by herself trying to get a dress on but I could tell from what she was saying she was having difficulties. I went to one of the cashiers and I said, do you have a female employee who could help my elderly mother in the fitting room? She said yes and right away she called for someone to come help her. A nice young woman came and she knocked on my mom's fitting room and then she then went in to help her with the dress. As I said, the fitting rooms in the front of the store are very small, especially for two people. It was quite a challenge for those them in that small space as that nice lady was trying to help my mom to get in and out of that dress. After that employee came out of the fitting room, I thanked her very much for her kindness and time to help my elderly mother. She said she was very happy to help. I knew she was being sincere about that, not just saying something out of obligation. This is exceptionally good service. Thank you to that employee and the other employees there who are very helpful, not just during this visit but during other visits also. By the way, I sensed that maybe that employee was a manager and she did tell me yes she is a manager.Ross is lucky to have great managers such as her.
I know that at that Ross store and other ones it is A common thing to close the big main fitting room sometimes. However, it can be very hard for many customers to try to change in those tiny rooms at the front of the store. Thankfully my mother is not a big woman or that would have been impossible. That's my only suggestion for Ross, if possible, keep those regular size fitting rooms at the back of the store open as much as possible. I understand that things are done certain ways due to the number of employees that you have on during a shift.
I do wish Ross was in my town where I live!
