I Went to the store the young blond register was very rude, unprofessional, unwilling to answer question about products stating she doesn't know by raising her voice , being irritated that I have asked. The worst experience I have encountered in a store. Never again to Sally's! Don't bother going there!

Went to this Sally's a few days ago and it is the worst! Manager and employee standing outside vaping and no one was inside the store working ! That's unprofessional! The manager is so unprofessional and rude! Who ever made this woman a manger was desperate or just a complete idiot! I have come into this store multiple times in the last 8 months and there is always just one employee working ! A few times before this when I had come in and needed assistance and there was this young lady named Syerra who was super knowledgeable, professional and very friendly working that was so helpful. I haven't seen her the last few times I have been in and I assume she no longer works there due to the the unprofessional manager in this store. That's super disappointing, because I do not want to deal with this manager or any other employees here, they are the worst!

I don't like the fact that they won't give you a bag for the stuff that you buy you know my hands are full with my oxygen tank in my left my purse and my cane and my right hand if they can't give me a bag for the stuff that I purchase I will just ask for a full refund and walk out the door. they're just lucky I'd had somebody with me who carried this stuff for me I'm not going to have to be made to buy a bag I don't care how much it cost when I purchase something from the store I should be given a bag automatically.. I'm not going to pay for no bag

Went in to find gel polish that my manacurist doesn't have.. Their stock was pathetic. 2 to 3 bland ugly colors. Won't be going there again.....sad

Hey Sally's Beauty Supply in Prescott Valley, This is NOT CALIFORNIA! We here in Arizona DO NOT pay for bags for items purchased in your store. The idea that you would even expect such a thing means I will avoid shopping in your store.
