The employees everytime, always have some weird remark or something to say about the shell job they don’t like, or something to say about my ID. Let me have something to say & please just ring my items up & maybe ask how peoples days are going, you applied for the job at shell, so actually do it. Also almost everytime i go in there, there is always something that is expired that i have to go back in for & get the same thing but every other one of those items is expired too! Please check the dates & maybe just present a smile, idfk. so i will take my business else where & make the extra travel, do not go here!!!

I worked at this store for 2 years. The current assistant manager Aubyn that's about to become store manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked for. No respect for her employees, blames others when it's actually her fault, gives ultimatums when talked back to, and sits on her butt all day talking to whoever on the phone when she should be you know... working. Current and past employees will agree with this review if asked.
Anyways, if you value your time and sanity, don't work for this particular gas station when Auybn is manager here. The only thing I'll miss from working here is my customers that came in during my night shifts, they were awesome and the only reason (aside from a paycheck) why I came in for work.

I'm not sure why but just about every evening that the new lady works the fountains are down all evening for cleaning. It's very frustrating for my boyfriend and I as we work late shifts and enjoy grabbing a soda and a snack together before heading home. This has been our little tradition for 3 years and it's very inconvenient and has encouraged us to go elsewhere.

There's a cashier attendant that works nights at this particular location and makes it unejoyable. I've been coming here for 9 years and I've decided to take my business elsewhere. She does not wear a name tag and will not give her name out. She complains constantly about alcoholics purchasing beer at 10 p.m., so she locks the doors to the alcohol beverages around 9 p.m. or so. When I drive by, I always see her outside smoking talking to her bf, I assume. She is not friendly nor professional. Many others shared their views about her with me as theyre disappointed, too . It is disappointing bc this store has been awesome before she arrived. She is always scared someone is going to steal and rob her she tells me. It's deterring.

This shell gives great service if Tim is working. This review is negative however, due to The older woman with long Grey hair that is a cashier who always refuses to take a One hundred dollar bill, as soon as she sees that a bill is a $50.00 or a bill is a $100.00 dollar bill, she states to me "I will Not break a large bill" Without even asking how much of a purchase I am going to make. Today I went in, picked out $15.00 worth of merchandise and I was going to purchase $40.00 in Gas to top my car off. She did not even allow me to ask for the gas, she Turned Me away, then as she was walking away, She said under her breath "people think we are a bank" This cashier is rude, condescending and assumptive, she definitely should not be working in customer service. She has turned me away approximately 15 plus times in the past but I always remain kind to her. She would rather stand around doing nothing, which is normally what I see her doing when I frequent this Shell station. I wonder how much business this Shell station loses in sales because of her???? I will reiterate the fact that Tim is an outstanding employee, who never turns me away, he goes over and above to help me as a customer. Miss Grey haired lady, I hope you are given some customer appreciation training, you certainly need it. I could understand her turning away a $100.00 bill, if I am only going to purchase $5.00 worth of merchandise but wanting to spend over half of it in their store, and being turned away is definitely lazy, rude customer service.

I’m a regular, in almost every day for the last couple of years. Everyone is always so nice, except the manager. He always seems angry, or thinking about something else. It may seem odd, but he gives the vibe that he hates me. Resents my disturbing his thought. Weird. Perhaps my long hair? I’ve never caused a problem before. Maybe he thinks I’m something I’m not? He should lighten up a little.

Nasty employee's I bought $2.00 item lady said she had to get charge, she went in the back a vendor came in was talking to lady stuffing her face with hot cheetos, vendor was blocking Casher who went to get change so I said sir could you move so cashier can get buy lady that was stuffing her face said out loud o hell no. Than cashier got attitude said in future we can give change for small purchase , all she had to do is say that from the beginning. I called to complain another rude employee name Avalon said she was manager, I will call owners in Phoenix. Nasty employee's do not do business with this gas station

I have been in this store several times in the last few months and find the red headed woman who's name starts with the letter S to be very disrespectful always yelling about one thing or another or talking badly about other workers she is rude and a few times I smelt alcohol on her breath I'm sure she was drinking on the job. I have told all my friends and family to avoid this woman if not the store I know several customers that have said the same thing I have talked to other employees that themselves don't understand why she still has a job there. The bosses should take some pride in the store and get rid of people like her.

The two senior citizens the lady's in the morning need their retirement they over charged me for supposedly getting the wrong cup 6 bucks for a slushy I told them they were wrong but proceeded to charge Me really bad customer service

All the employees....shell and subway as soon as you walk all you can hear is gossiping about each other's lives... subway employees talking about buying weed and saw one of them walking around with a small bottle of liquor... didn't know employees were allowed to drink on the job....

The good: open 24/7 and there is a subway attached(not 24/7). Employees are always cordialNot so much bad but I feel sorry for the employees who have to work under the management/ownership here.They seem to manage with posted Microsoft documents and must think they’re employees are stupid and thieves just based on the papers they post for employees where even customers can see the messages. Just my opinion but you can see for yourselves.Someone needs to have their yellow highlighter taken away.
