Use UPS store next to Kohl's. I called ahead of time to check on box for my package. I was told they have one. Paid $327.67 to ship 3 days. Package was never shipped because they didn't have a box I was charged for. Next I'm told they can't refund because I used cash, and they are going to be out $800 to ship overnight for their mistake. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

UPS MAILED CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION TO THE WRONG PERSON.... This store put the wrong shipping label on my package and shipped information including full legal names and contact information phone numbers and emails of two people and three separate addresses. The party that wrongfully received the package reached out to me first, before UPS; even though UPS knew the package has been sent to the wrong address as the same party that called me reached out to the store as well. The other party is missing their very expensive glasses and UPS informed both parties that they would reach out in 5-7 business days. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE when my shipping charge was $65.39 when walking out of the store. DO BETTER!!!

I had never returned anything from Amazon to The UPS Store and Patrick was extremely helpful and patient with me as he explained the process and help me to get everything returned quickly

Getting good service out of this location is hit or miss. Maybe one time out of five. I rarely see the same people behind the counters and those who do work there are rude and ill-trained. They argue with you when you ask for certain shipping packs. This is just one unprofessional operation.
