My eye glasses were sent from Georgia and 2 delivery days in a row they said that an attempt was made to deliver them but nobody came to the door or left any note

It wasn't with the service center, it was the fact that the driver the last two days says he's tried to deliver and that no one's been home but we've been home the past two days waiting. We spoke to the driver, and apparently someone was trying to steal our package so that's why he wasn't delivering it he was just being cautious and we appreciate it.

My wife and I entered a filthy area in the UPS facility in Prescott Valley today. The counter and compute had a solid layer of dust. The sole male employee was in sorry need of a haircut and was not in any type of UPS attire. He was poorly trained and ran out of receipt paper and could not seem to locate a new roll so he was unable to issue a receipt with tracking number. When he finally located a roll he was unable to load it and get it to print. When the customer ahead of me placed his heavy package on the scale the employee quoted the price to ship it to Massachusetts as $18.15. The customer stated that he ships packages the same weight to the same address all of the time and it is closer to $80 and asked the employee to recheck the price and destination. The employee then said, "Montana Right"? The customer then said Massachusetts. My wife and I decided not to use UPS for our parcel. When we were outside the same customer walked up to us and said that he was glad that we had walked out. He said that the last time that he used that UPS Service Center his credit card information was compromised and that someone used his credit card information to pay a half dozen utility bills in the Prescott Valley area. He then stated that the same male employee was working that day and had waited on him. I didn't see the previous one star rating for this facility on Safari but I can certainly understand it.

They need to spend more time finding new locations where deliveries need to be made, instead on returning the package

UPS "lost" my package. Directed me to file a claim, i cant file a claim. I reported my package stolen due to the circumstances. Asurion is refusing to send another replacement device so I am out money for the computer that was shipped and i am still paying for the line with verizon for literally nothing. UPS has refused to contact the driver to see if he made a mistake citing "we dont question drivers"

I have a package that needed to be signed for but they would only come while I was at work. I called customer service to have them come at a certain time so I could be there but they didn’t come during those times. So I then went to the website so that I could authorize it being delivered without my signature and the driver still choose to not deliver it. On the 3rd try, I left a note for the driver that I signed the release on the website and to leave it at my door step or leave it at the apartment office and the driver still did not deliver it. So now I am stuck without my package.

If I could give a zero star it would be zero. My worst experience ever for delivery service. I have a signature require and the driver did not attempt to deliver it but just scanned as receivers are not available. What if this is an important medications? This happened on Friday Veterans Day and now I have to wait till Monday. What a shame on UPS.

UPS - I live in Prescott and the last 2 orders that have been delivered to me from UPS have been trashed. The driver was rude and disrespectful who we want nothing to do with again. The box smashed was carrying $11,000 of product, insured and when I said something to the UPS guy, he turned and said that's what happens with packages on the bottom. WTH is that suppose to mean. Then this time a Birthday gift with arrows saying don't turn upside down and you did. Ruined my flowers and the receipt was under the dirt. Ridiculous. What is it that UPS can do to fix this issue that keeps happening?????? Sorry doesn't cut it when everyone is tired of horrible customer service by these big companies. Acting like they don't care about the consumer. Other options.

Whom does one contact when a specific center should be thoroughly investigated inside and out?I don't know if it's on UPS as a whole or certain individuals within the company that are pure evil and scandalous, but someone important. Perhaps, President Carol Tomé, should be looking into why so many employess and/or former employees are owed a lot of money.Should we have to constantly check our time cards to verify our time was put in correctly?On top of everything else that gets messed up, when will the drivers walk into a package car that is loaded properly?If the drivers have to constantly search for packages, it's beyond frustrating.Chaos load = chaos life.Hopefully you're paying them OT for it, but majority of them would like to see their children grow up. 8 hours a day would be fantastic for a family man.Significant changes need to be considered.Preloaders are not trained at all on how to load. Why?Why does UPS choose to still use software from 1992?Carol, HELP US - HELP YOU. IT'S 2022.PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Worked at this location, was harassed by management daily until I quit. Guess what they never paid me what a surprise, when I inquired about this I was told to contact HR, but that is virtually impossible to do. I have filed a claim for unpaid wages. If you're thinking about working here, don't. There are plenty of better jobs in the area.
