Spent well over 1/2 hour answering our questions . Never had a vet do that before. Highly recommend Dr Ford.”

“Came here on New Year’s Eve after discovering my sweet boy developed a large, infected hot spot on his neck where his collar was under the care of family. I was completely freaked out as I didn’t know what it was at the time, however, the staff, the nurses, and the doctor were incredibly friendly, sincere, and thoughtful. They took care of me and my boy and made the entire process as stress free as possible. Additionally, upon informing a nurse that my dog was reactive towards other dogs, they went to the back to check if there were many other dogs around that could set off my dog. I am super grateful for the team here for what they do and for operating on a holiday late at night. Shiner and I appreciate you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“The most caring, professional, best treatment I know of. Our new puppy has Parvo on the 3 day we had him. 1 pound 3 oz. He stayed in hospital for a week. We were taught how to provide home care a now have a remarkable 6 pound playful beautiful dog. They did it all. We received updates every day morn and night during his stay. Yes it did cost but we had the best treatment around. Bless the staff there.”

“I am new to the area and was having a hard time finding a vet office who would answer their phone and when I finally did get through, it was days before they could see my sick kitty. I called Prescott Valley Pet Clinic. Rachel answered the phone, listened to me, was kind and scheduled me for the same day. The office is large, clean and I love that there are separate entrances and waiting rooms for dogs and cats. Robin, the vet tech was so kind and caring and really took her time listening to me. Dr. Shaun Merchant was exceptional. He was so caring and personable. He spent time with my cat, asked questions and suggested treatment. He did not rush into anything and did not try to push anything on me. My cat is doing so much better already, and I am thrilled to find a vet office that really cares.”
