I witnessed an incredibly unfair interaction at the Prescott Valley GNC today involving Elijah, who provided nothing short of exceptional customer service. A woman's large dog had an accident outside the store, and when Elijah kindly offered her a napkin, she inexplicably lashed out at him. She then proceeded to give him a bad review, falsely claiming he wouldn't allow her in with her dog, despite her dog's aggressive behavior being the clear reason for any restriction. Elijah handled the situation with remarkable kindness and professionalism in the face of such unwarranted hostility. He deserves commendation, not condemnation, for his actions.”

“It's nice to have a local shop where you can get quality CBD products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the elixinol Active Sports gel with Capsaicin & Amica. You just need a little bit, I have used it on my knees, hips, shoulders, feet and any place else that hurts. It has worked almost immediately. My wife had eye surgery so I thought we'd try the elixinol Active Recovery Balm (w/o the Capsaicin) to use near her eye. Again, it relieves the pain almost immediately.
