5 pm- call "Oh we didn't fill it because we don't have your updated insurance info. It will be ready in an hour and a half."
7pm- go to store- it's not ready, come back in 90 minutes
830 pm- call "We still have to fill it"

On 11.07.24 I had to get a prescription filled for my dog, it took several days. If you go up to the plastic partition where was spit, dried spit all over it. It was even over the consult partition. When mentioned to both the tech and pharmacist on duty, neither one apologized just shrugged shoulders. Like I was speaking French! Nice to know the work force does not give a flying squirrel about sanitation....I even mentioned it to the cashier on the way out and nothing burger....Why has this become the Norm??? And this is the new customer service??
August, 2024 They have re installed the plexi glass partitions at the pharmacy check out counter. Who ever installed them did not take into account the payment kiosk. ( It's too low) You have to squat down to look to see how insert your card...Come on people!! Please fix this, at least I can bend down I know many others will not be able to.

I can’t ever get a prescription here without issues. It’s one thing or another always. Having to call and wait on hold all that time to get them to fix is it is absolutely.

I wish I could remember the girl's name in pharmacy. She was a little rude. I told her my name and she said that nothing was there for me. I told her the name of the prescription and I got a message that it was ready. And she told me to tone down my attitude. And I did say i'm sorry but then I thought later on her customer service wasn't very nice.

Just waited for 30 minutes in the drive-through and no movement of any vehicles (There were still two in front of me and no sign of life) so I left Without my prescription.

Pharmacy Manager is so rude and impatient!! I have transferred all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and will tell all family and friends to do the same!! Your rude ma'am as I have cataract and can't see and on meds I couldnt remember my phone number and pharmacy Manager refused to give me my meds. I knew my address and DOB I needed help to remember my phone. As I use a cell I don't call myself. When you get old Miss manager of the pharmacy with your sour face someone treats you a little kinder than you just treated me today

Today June 4th at 12:28 I was in line with my mom at Walgreens pharmacy located in Prescott Valley off the 69 highway and the actual Pharmacy manager called her up to bring her out for her prescription my mom needs me being over 70 years old glaucoma she has eye problems again while I'm with her that I drive the rude pharmacy manger ???her she demanded that I put my mom's phone number into thepin pad never having to give my.number at drive through just do and address which I'm not really understanding why as she doesn't use any rewards there I've never been required to do so before and I don't know her number offhand she is absolutely the rudest ignorant unprofessional woman I've ever met in my entire life I am currently transferring all my mom's prescriptions from this Walgreens to another local pharmacy in town small owned and run instead of staying with companies that don't care about the locals shame on you Walgreens for allowing someone like this to be your manager and representative

I'm not sure who was working yesterday at the photo center, but I cannot express enough when I say that racism in that place needs to be kept in check and workers need to be reprimanded if they are asking their customers "do you understand what I mean" when someone is clearly speaking English to them.

The lady who helped me today Robyn is a testimony of great customer service and that there's never a reason to not get up and go at life. Employees like her are hard to find and harder to keep these days. Just as she recognizes customer needs I hope the company and district leaders recognize hers and her work ethic and reward her with a chair so she can comfortably perform her job duties or take a break when she needs to. Employees like her are the reason people will continue to come back to Walgreens instead of "the other one"
