This review is for the Photo department: Worst. Photo. Department. Ever. Wife went here recently to get a passport photo. It was a cold day, so she had on a pullover over her shirt. The clerk first told my wife she wasn't allowed to wear a pullover in the photo. So my wife says she'll remove the pullover, and has a white shirt on underneath. Clerk then says passport photos can't be with a white shirt. After unsuccessfully trying to convince the clerk it would be okay, my wife finally left with no photo. So, first of all, the Walgreen's clerk is not the "passport police". Walgreens job is to just take the photo and collect the $. Secondly, after reviewing the passport photo requirements on the official U.S. Dept of State website, found out this Walgreen's clerk was just making all this stuff up. (Btw, the very next day, my wife got her passport photo from the Post Office wearing the exact same pullover!) Crap customer service. Will never go to this Walgreens again.

If I could give negative stars I would . I've been TIRELESSLY working on my son's medication to get it filled between insurance and his doctor and such . Walgreens did not give me his full meds when I picked up the first time. After numerous phone calls I had the pleasure of speaking with the worst person ever "that makes no sense" trust me I know please do what I'm asking. Her attitude and how she spoke to me was God AWFUL she has no buisness in dealing with customers in any form. It was outrageous and awful. I wouldn't ask for someone to be fired since the manager didn't seem to care anyway you do not escalate a situation which is EXACTLY what she did.

My husband uses the Walgreens auto refill app for his Rx's! He loves it! They text him when his meds are ready for pickup so he does have to worry about calling anything in, and neither do I! And the drive thru is fantastic! Thanks Walgreens!!!

Visited the pharmacy and had Morgan helped me with my prescription for my dog MAX who is 19. She was helpful, empathetic and efficient. LOVED that! Thank you!!

I rarely leave reviews unless a business is very bad or very good, and unfortunately, in this case, it's the latter :(I'v used the pharmacy about half a dozen times and it's always taken forever, even though there might be only a person or two ahead of me in line.I do find the walgreens retail peeps friendly and helpful, it's a shame that the pharmacy is so challenging to deal with. In my case I believe it's time to try some alternative pharmacies.

This place has really, really improved over the last year or so. When you call no more holding forever and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Staff has always been pretty nice, that was never an issue for me.

Pharmacy that is rude or incompetent or both. Been going for years, trying give them a chance. Patronizing, rude, plain stupid. Would give no stars if I could.

HORRIBLE Pharmacy. I've gone in there multiple times to get the correct prescription brand that I was originally prescribed by my doctor. Several times I've been given off brand prescriptions that my body doesn't react well to. Every time I've clarified the brand I need, I keep being told "yes, this is what your picking up today" just to open the bag and it's not what I was originally prescribed. They bill my insurance for the wrong brand and then my insurance won't allow the right prescription to be filled. This is not okay by any means.

Walgreens Pharmacy in PV, is doing an incredible job handling the over flow of new customers caused by the recent debacle at the Frys PV Pharmacy.Stephenie and her team ordered in my prescriptions from particular Manufacturers at my request, and kept me informed through the entire process. Misty has been very helpful, along with her entire team. Great Leadership and great team work. My wait time has been 1/2 the wait time I had at the competition.Thank you!

So this is an update to a previous review. My husband went into the Walgreens to get his Tdap shot. Our daughter is having a baby so it has been recommend that we all get it. When he walked into the store Sabrina Hagestead was at the register talking to a co-worker. After he passed the register she went in a back room. He had to wait sometime for the shot and at one point she actually stuck her head out of the room to see if he was still there. This is so stupid how can a company alow an employee to act like this and refuse to help customers and make the customers fell unwelcome and uncomfortable everytime they go into the store.

Worst drugstore I have ever been to. After sitting in the drive-thru line for an hour with no movement in the two cars shead of me, I started to watch other drivers give up and either leave ir go inside. I went inside, too. I was 6th in line. 45 minutes later I finally got my prescriptions. This was actually my 2nd day of sttempting to pick them up. Yesterday I got a notice from Walgreens that my meds were ready for pickup. I arrive, and the line was 12 people deep. After I finally get to the counter, the woman waiting on me said only one of five meds was ready. I had had major oral surgery earlier that day, and my pain and infection was kicking in. So I had to go home and try to yse OTCs to ease the pain. By this morning everything was red, swollen and extremely painful. When I called to see if the mads were finally ready, they said they’d check and put me on hold. 50 minutes later I was hung up on. Thatz when today’s drive-thru and stand-in line adventures started. Aeful, awful place with awful customer service. Nobody in any of the lines was happy.

Was on hold for an hour before being hung up on. Super frustrating after sinking 40 minutes into a call the day before and being told theyre going to lunch now. What a waste of time. Ive been waiting on my prescription to be refilled for nearly a week now and everytime i call it says itll be ready tomorrow when it never is. I had to take my business elsewhere.

Not allowing pay by phone when someone is quarantined. Stupid. Took hours to jump through their hoops online. Never again. Their prices even with GoodRx are 4-5 times higher than Walmart. Worst pharmacy ever.

There customer service at this Walgreens is terrible with very lone lines. My last prescription took over a week to fill, and was finally filled after I had called twice. In the past they gave me someone else prescription, my name was on the but the bottle was for someone else. I began taking the prescription as usual because it was suppose to be a refill. I got a phone a week later and was asked about the prescription which was in fact someone else's. When I expressed my concern that I have been using this thinking it was mine the pharmacist literally laughed and said "it probably made you feel good" the call was quickly discontinued when I began expressing my opinion about the pharmacist's behavior! She hung up on me, in her defense I was being an as&$@le at this point. I just can not believe how poor the customer service is with Walgreens now days. When I called today to ask how to have my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy it was obvious that is was not a concern and I was never asked why I wanted to move them.

Came to buy a home COVID test. 10:50am today. (btw Whatever tests they have are on a rack in the dead middle of the store with a DIY printed sign up top that says something weird and non-descriptive like "Health Safety Center" (or whatever). So I see a BINAX display (empty), no QuickVue display, some random masks thrown in there... and something called FlowFlex way down low which did turn out to be a Chinese made COVID test (maybe they all are). Anyway, I turn down a nearby aisle in search of a QuickVue display. Couple of employees with a stock cart are having a personal conversation (really long line at the front register btw). Short one with dirty blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses asks me what I want. "Hi - where are your COVID tests?" "You just walked right past them!" Hmm. "Ok, then I guess my question is, are those all the tests you have?" She's starts talking under me in the middle of my sentence so I don't catch what she said. I walk back to the rack. She appears and says "Like I told you, these are all the tests we have!" Loud and real attitude. "Well.. thanks for repeating yourself, I guess." This place needs better management. I'm a customer (trying to find a test for a sick relative). The store is not your home and I'm not your sorry redneck kids or ex-husband. Two stars rather than one, only because the cashier who checked me out was fine.
