I had some complicated banking needs after my mother passed away. Lacey Lee stayed late to help me straighten things out and get accounts set up in my name according to mom's trust instructions. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend her to anyone who needs help!

Came to this bank after a horrible experience at both Miller Valley and Willow Creek Branches.Dani saw there was a real issue, took the bull by the horns like 'PRO Manager' and handled it.On the other hand, a client wiring $25k-$50k a week yet having to drive to 3 branches and WF greats you to say we only have walk up telling no bankers. Not a good look. I actually asked, "is Wells Fargo going out of business?" (In the middle of the lobbies)I was told WF is piloting a new program, Norm, STOP...NO ...STOP, IM READY TO LEAVE WF!!Thanks to Dani at this branch, we accomplished what we needed. All managers in the all WF branches should follow Dani's lead.Stellar employee and manager.Thank you, Dani

I have been with this specific bank since 2014, 9 years I wanted to add my husband to the account went in Saturday and sat there for 20 min then some lady comes out telling the line of people waiting we wouldn’t be able to be seen today because it’s appointment only… (seriously she couldn’t have came out earlier so we didn’t waste our time) she told us come back Monday, fast forward went in on Monday it was 11:30 and there was not a banker that could help us because she had an appointment at 12, sooo what are going to do for the next 30 mins. (NOTHING) is the answer!!! I will no longer bank with them I’ll be closing my accounts as soon as I can get an APPOINTMENT

This branch is up to shady business again Grandfathered into wells fargo .another name on my accounts and took money. They closed my accounts and mailed money in account. No way to buy food or gas to get home from bank. Stay away from wells fargo

This review is for Dani who helped my 86yo mother handle an issue with a local scammer. Dani was caring & compassionate in understanding my mothers troubles & helped her prevent any future scamming between the scammer & bank. We need more like Dani who cares & will take the time to investigate issues involving seniors. Thank you Dani!!

Went in to open a business account, had an appointment for 1:30pm, showed up at 1:20 pm and was ignored for over an hour. When brought up that we had been skipped we were ridiculed and treated in a completely unprofessional manner. Do not bank here. After further research this bank was a major branch that took part in the 2016 scandal (look up Wells Fargo fraud scandal) and they have done little to correct their unprofessional attitude and customer service.

Amazing Wells Fargo Prescott Valley does not take phone calls. Few days back went in person and waited over one hour before I left!! Just no way to run a business that is best on Customer Service

I’ve been with WF since 1994. This branch is the absolute worst. They never have banker availability or notary qualified folks available. Avoid.

Well went to deposit money into my wife’s aunts account and guess what they don’t accept cash!!! A bank that doesn’t accept cash! It’s a BANK!!! We are living in a clown world when banks do not accept money this is bizarre and very concerning
