A.C. Williams Granite Creek Park is a large, peaceful green space ideal for families and outdoor activities. Visitors enjoy taking kids to play and exploring hiking trails, including a trail that leads to a splash area near Whiskey Row. The park offers plenty of space for picnics, frisbee games, and relaxing under the perfect weather. Many people bring their dogs, making it a pet-friendly destination. The park is also a popular spot for yoga sessions on weekends and church picnics, often with well-organized pavilion reservations. While generally safe and friendly, some visitors mention the presence of homeless individuals and torn-up grounds, especially near the playground. The park features lush greenery, quiet Sundays, and a chance to enjoy nature, though some note that certain facilities like bathrooms need fixing. Overall, it’s a nice place to explore, relax, and enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends.
Such a beautiful little park and the story walk was a magical surprise!

Great playground one of my favorite parks but does attract transients ( homeless) people.

Fun place to take kids and has hiking trails. But be warned and keep yours eyes open as there can be some weirdos. Plenty of friendly people visit here regularly. Also a lot of people bring their dogs. Overall a nice park to visit and explore. You can take the trail to a splash just off Whiskey Row.
