Let me just start off by saying Bob is wonderful.We are long term customers with a very good credit standing. There have been some problems with their system. We keep getting calls saying we are behind but we are not and we provide receipts. They are always very apologetic.There is a new GM who was rude and condescending to us. She called us saying she is the new GM and that we are late paying. We were very nice and explained we are not late, never are, and that this happens a lot. We have automatic deposit every pay day and there is always plenty of money in the account.She said, "Why don't you tell me what's going on?"I felt like saying , "no you tell me what's gong on since this always happens ." But again nicely I explained the same thing I just told her.She said, "how come there are no notes? I told her I would not know why there are no notes.I am a manager for a large store in the VOC. So I have the same job as her, and I will tell you that you can not talk to people like the way she talked to us when you are running a business, especially when the customer has done nothing wrong.I understand not everyone is friendly or has the skills to be.There are free leadership courses online on how to talk to people when you are in leadership. Nonmatter how good you are at certain things, if you are not good with people you will not make it as a GM.It doesn't feel good to come home after a long work day and get a call at 8pm and have somebody rude on the other end from a company you love. Again, We love Bob though!

Went in with my wife during the $1 down event. We leased a mattress and a washer. We enrolled in the Aaron’s club, took a few days to get delivered not a big deal since we lived some distance from this location. Got everything delivered, bed went in no problem, but when we hooked up the washer it didn’t work. Called the store and spoke to a younger gentleman don’t recall his name but told us he could send out a tech to come and look at it. Few days past and nobody showed up, called the store again and spoke to a gentleman named bob, he informed me nobody put in a work order for the washer, said we can give you a loaner in the mean time, the loaner arrived, in total waited about a week and a half maybe 2 weeks but it works great! Then got laid off, my payment was due July 7th (it was my first payment btw) I called on June 27th to see if we can move the payment out some till I found a job. The gentleman I spoke to said sure and moved my payment out to July 28th, awesome thank you so much! Just got a call from bob asking about the payment told him the situation and that it was moved out to the 28th of July, he said no we can’t do that, his hands are tied. My experience so far is mid at best, keep getting told one thing and getting told something else, either none of the employees know what they are doing or there’s no communication at all in this store. I hope it changes.

We have always used Aaron's. Our house is fully furnished thru them. The sales team at the Gail Gardner store are friendly fast and reliable. Thank you Mr. Bob for helping us purchase the refrigerator in a fast timely manner

I've dealt with Arons many years! Mr Bob was my first sales associate that I dealt with. He has always been the most courteous person ever. Very professional & helpful. He has always been there for all my questions & worked hard to order what I've needed. Arons is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Thanks Bob for all your help over the last 10 years.

Just went into store on Gail Gardner in Prescott and couldn’t get any help. The two employees on were too busy socializing with another customer who was already done. Too bad for them. We were ready to get several pieces of furniture.

Shawn is the best. I bought a bed frame to go with my new bed. The frames didnt match up. So i drove all.the way back to prescott from chino valley. Again the bed frame didnt match up. Sent shawn the pictures 9f the bed frame i was afraid i would have to drive back again to prescott. Called them and they had someone already driving out to my house with the correct frame. I cant say enough good things about aarons and the sales team!?

I came in with my fiancé looking for a living room set, 2 gentlemen were working, one was helping another couple. No one said hello to us or welcomed us into the store or said they would be right with us.... We walked around for about 5/10 minutes before we turned around because no one was interested in helping us or even responded to our presents. Customer service was a 0 out of 10
