The delivery was way past the expected date and they didn't get the directions to my tank to the driver. When we called in, the calls were forwarded to India. The people in India said they couldn't communicate with people in the U.S. They finally tried to deliver when I was out of town and said I needed someone there. It was by far the worst experience I have had getting my own tank filled.

First you delivered 3 times in about 3-4 weeks when I hardly needed any propane at all. So I called and arranged for a monthly delivery schedule. First month ok, you delivered early in the month. 2nd month no delivery. Check my account and it said 'problem with your delivery. No delivery scheduled. Call xxx-xxx-xxxx local number'. Called got the run-around from your friendly script She said put in an order & they will deliver in 7-10 days. I hope they do. I am seriously displeased with your service.

The scheduling of propane delivery with AmeriGas is an absolute joke. Once you have gotten thru the scheduling process, they give you roughly a week window that the delivery will happen, and that AmeriGas will give you a call the evening before the delivery. I received a call on Sunday 3/10 that my delivery would be on Monday 3/11. I waited all day Monday for the delivery, no one showed up ( no call or notification that it would be rescheduled ). I called on Tuesday morning 3/12 where I was told the delivery would happen on Wednesday 3/13 and again no one showed up. I then called again Wednesday late afternoon where I was told it the delivery was now scheduled for Thursday 3/14. The driver finally showed up around 3:30 PM on Thursday but only had about 200 gallons of propane on the truck when they knew I wanted the tank filled-up and it would take approx. 300 gallons.I would give 0 stars if possible.

Tried to bill me for services after I closed my account. Tried to bill me for services that were not performed. Your field workers are good but the rest of your system is broken.

This company is probably the worst to deal with of any company I have ever worked with in any state it’s mind blowing!! You will have to call them 5 times to get a basic delivery for propane. They will call you tell you that you need to be there then wait all day but they will never show up !! Horrible customer service horrible from start to finish avoid like the plague !!

Filled the wrong tank they filled the building nextdoor to us after we said not that tank it's not ours.... Took us several hours to finally get someone to help us and credit our account so far only two people were nice, helpful, and spoke clearly so good luck getting someone who will actually help. We are going a month with no propane because they keep saying oh we will deliver in a few days... apparently a month is a few days. They changed our entire account so now it's a mess. I'm definitely going to look into something or someone else because clearly they DON'T care

You've screwed up my pre-buy, since August of 2023. you've send me bills and delinquent noticesfor propane that I've all ready paid for, threatened to cut of my propane deliveries. I keep calling your "help center" and getting little help. One person "Sar" has tried to get my pre-buy status fixed and has done some "fixing" on it but it is still screwed up. Your accounting department has an is still got my account screwed up. I'm being billed for a propane delivery currently and over charged for it at the same time. I have a pre-buy an supposed to be buying $2.51 for propane an am being Billed $3.71 per gallon. I can see that on the 29th of this month, your again going to start billing me again for a payment, which should have been taken from my pre-buy. I'm very unhappy with your "help center" and your accounting department. The local people are the only thing keeping me using your business. And if you don't get my account straighten out online I'm be forced to take my business elsewhere

Your tank gage stuck and we thought we had plenty of gas but we actually ran out! When I called for a early delivery they wanted $300! I refused. Because we ran out of gas, I had to pay $100 to check our furnace pilot light & burner. So your faulty gage cost me $100 plus we had no gas for a few days! Except for the fact I would have to dig up several plants , I would have you come & get your tank & order a new gas service!

Your deliveryman overfilled my tank and blew the extra gas (that I paid for) all over the neighborhood. When he left, he neglected to close the gate, allowing my beloved labrador a potential escape. Henceforth, ALL MY GATES WILL BE PADLOCKED, AND YOU WILL NEED TO CALL ME BEFORE DELIVERY TO GET IN. This isn't the first time your people have done this, but it's damn sure the last.

We ordered our 3 propane tanks to be filled 3 weeks ago, have called and spoken to a rep at least twice, and still haven't received our fill. And no definitive date as to when it will happen.

Delivery was only 3 days later than promised. 100% better than last year when it took nearly 3 weeks for driver to arrive.
