We brought my elderly parents to discuss trading in their older phones. The sales rep Michael told them they were eligible to trade in and they only needed to pay the taxes. A few weeks later, my parents were billed full price for their phones. The rep should have upgraded their plan which was never mentioned. They would have never agreed to trade in the phones. The store basically told us to contact the loyalty department and took zero accountability for their mistake. Needless to say, the loyalty department gave my parents $100, BFD. My parents paid off their phones since it was cheaper than agreeing to pay extra for a plan they didn't need. Be careful when dealing with this store. We will never give them our business.

I went into the ATT store on Lee Boulevard in Prescott, Arizona, yesterday. I was looking for a new iPhone. I was greeted by the district manager, Danielle. What a joy she was to work with. She was friendly knowledgeable, and my daughter and I bought two phones. She transferred all of our data from both phones onto our new phones within an hour. She answered all questions. And I have never had such a good experience at an ATT store. Usually it's dreaded. The workers are so busy looking at their phones that they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. It used to take forever to get a data transferred. Evidently she oversees the store in Prescott Valley as well as Flagstaff. Keep up the great work Danielle. You are gem. There are a few and far between good customer service employees nowadays - - anywhere. I think you deserve a raise. Thank you again for all of your help.!!

Extremely poor and rude customer service. Store manager followed us out of store & physically assaulted me. Yes police were called.

Fabulous experience with Markell. Been to both At&t stores 3x for 2 faulty brand new Samsung 23 Ultra Lavendar.He is so patient, knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention courteous and kind.Finally, my new S23U is perfect, awesome job by your Manager Markell. Stellar customer service from him and all your employees in both stores.Well done.

I tried the internet for 2 days in march, took the hot spot back because it didn’t work good, and they are still charging me in August. They tell you one thing but never do it on the phone and I have sent a good handful of emails that they never responded to. They have cheated me out 500+ dollars. Don’t let them get you.… the AT&T store owner as you can see below recommend I email them in an attempt to save face and fix the problem. Being naive I emailed them in hopes of getting my money returned to me. It’s been at least a week and a half after emailing them and absolutely no response, glad I could be a victim for someone’s commission. I will now take this to small claims court and waste more of my time, I wish I never stepped foot into this store.

Wrong phone ordered by sales person. I paid for it to be delivered. By time I got home and got confirmation, it was wrong phone. I called store. They are 0 help. Called 611 customer support. After 30 min the guy still couldn’t understand anything! Worst customer support and there’s a lot of bad. Either they can not find good help or not willing to pay for it.

Signed up for service 2/19/23 at 250 Lee Blvd Suite 104. I walked in, asked for a pre-paid SIM. They talked me into signing up for post-paid service. I told them I should have a discount through my work and that I wanted to sign up for the applicable plan to get that discount. The sales person told me she could get me a better discount signing up for a business account and that I would get twice as much hotspot data as the personal plan. She was very distracted helping the other employee there as he was new. They were unable to use my PO Box or physical address because it did not verify with the USPS. I was asked for a relative's address and told that because I was signing up for auto bill pay and paperless billing that they would not receive any mail for me and everything would come in my email. I never received any documentation in my email and my family received documentation that had information I needed. This included my first bill, and what my bill is expected to be monthly. I was told that my bill would be $85 a month (plus taxes). I was also talked into getting a new phone which I was told would cost $5 per month after bill credits. The paperwork I got stated my first bill to be almost $250 and my monthly recurring bill to be $194. This is more than double what I was told I would be paying. Since signing up, I have been unable to setup an online account because until 24 hours ago, I did not know my account number or "FAN" PIN. After knowing this information, I am still unable to sign up for an online account. I am now attempting to port my number to another carrier and I am unable to do so because the automated message I get is that my number is not able to be ported. I won't be doing business with AT&T again unless they are the only cellular provider in my area.

What excellent service we had today. We had a mix up with our phones and couldn’t figure it out Sheri helped me get it all fixed and even made sure our devices were working great! I recommend this store.
