If you need to make a wire transfer try a different bank. Their wire department literally refused to let my wires go through. This has been the cause of much frustration. I ended up using a friend's bank to make the transfers for me.My personal banker is great but their wire department deserves a ZERO. Regular banking they handle smoothly.Their Wire Fraud I'll give a -Minus3 and the branch I'll give a 3.5.

Unfortunately I am stuck with BofA for my mortgage, otherwise I would never do business here.I have to walk in to make monthly mortgage payments and can rarely find them actually open.I have to drive in from the country to do this.I tried to set up auto payments from my credit union account and after 6 months without withdrawing any payments they sent a collector to my doorstep to see if I wanted to foreclose.I finally was able to find humans at the branch after lunch one day and was able to catch up on 6 months payments that were behind.I absolutely HATE when the 25th rolls around and I have to start chasing them down again.

This bank has serious issues. They post updated hours on their door and they still aren't open when they say they will be. I misplaced my debit card and finally managed to make it in the lobby. I simply wanted a replacement card sent to me. I waited 4 weeks and had still received nothing in the mail. I decided to call the main number yesterday. I spoke to a very helpful youngest man..who tells me that a card had never been ordered. Save yourself the headache. Bank with someone else.

Switching to Chase, only one bank of America in Prescott and it's in the valley, I can't waste 2 hours every time I need to due banking, and the service is terrible.

Google Reviews, I just changed the hours to reflect the REALITY of B of A at 1030 Willow Creek Rd. It is closed (not open at anytime of the day) "temporarily". ...Your software says you will "review my edit". Please approve it, because it is true -- this branch is simply not open, and customers needing in-person service have to go to the Prescott Valley branch where they will find ONE or TWO tellers working, and a manager or two standing about, chatting it up with customers waiting for the teller to finish counting her money (Dairy Queen manager, for instance), and not getting behind a window to serve the LONG LINE of customers STILL waiting for service at five minutes to 4PM -- the hour they choose to close this only B of A branch in western Yavapai County!!

When are you going to start serving your customers with at least a few hours a week at this branch ??? Been a customer for over twenty years but not much longer at this rate !!!

I have been with Bank of America for 30 plus years in California and Arizona. I am deeply disappointed in their service, priorities and lackof customer service. I have a very large inheritance coming next month and will be opening new accounts with Wells Fargo in Prescott. They actually have employees that will interact with you. I went to the Prescott Valley location and there was one teller and a line of 40 people. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was going to open a student account for my kid. Advised I needed to go into branch. 6/24/22 Willow Creek branch closed, found out due to "Covid". No-its because they don't want to hire more people despite making billions and despite closing the downtown branch. Chase and Wells Fargo seem to be able to keep multiple branches open. I'm done with them. Not only are they losing my kid's account and a potential for a lifetime of business, after several years I AM pulling all my accounts and going with one of the other two. AND BOA don't bother responding about how you're sorry or care unless it's to say you are reopening immediately.

The only branch with people in it was closed on Tuesday the day after Memorial Day 2022. How can this be? Why should I continue to bank here? You only have one branch in all of Prescott and now it’s closed. Either commit to serving Prescott and have AT LEAST one adequately staffed branch, or close down all banking services in Prescott, put us out of our misery, and move on to another banks that DOES care.

Constantly and seemingly randomly "temporarily closed". And since they closed down the downtown branch only option is all the way to Prescott Valley. My advice...Avoid BofA if at all possible!

If I could hive ZERO stars I would, I was in a hurry to pull out some cash because I didn't have my debit card on me, I get to the bank at 3:30 and they were closed... again! this is the second time this has happened in a month, very frustrating and quite infuriating! There is no excuse at all whatsoever to close before the posted time 4:00pm

This is absolutely ridiculous. My work received a call before Christmas stating that they would be closed for a week and would re-open on January 4th. That was not true as it is January 20th and they have not re-opened. The times online keep changing as if they will open but it's all a lie. I have deposits to make and receipts to pick up.The only BofA that is "open" is in PV which does not work for my schedule. I understand that they may be shored staffed but this is so unnecessary.

Never open. Process of paying bills, etc is getting slower...even online banking with them is getting slower.
