sales person in shoe department knows nothing about shoes. Tried to purchase an extra wide New Balance running shoe and sales person said that all NB shoes were the same and all were extra wide. Not. Been buying extra wide for years. seemed like he just didn't care about customer service

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they carry. If they don’t know about a specific product, they will find somebody who knows about it if they are available.They have a good selection of shoes in their footwear section, including hiking boots, sandals, water shoes, sneakers, and work boots. There are also shoes for children there and special shoes for different sports. These include wrestling, baseball, football, soccer, and basketball. They also sell rollerblades and skateboards.You can find all kinds of camping gear for a reasonable price, and they have a good return policy, granted that the items you’re returning are still in good condition and haven’t been obviously used excessively.They have kayaks, including inflatables. Important note, once any of the water sport items, such as kayaks and paddle boards, have gone on to the lake or river, they are no longer eligible for a return.They have a decent selection of long guns and ammo. They don’t sell any handguns; the ones displayed are airsoft guns, so keep that in mind.The store manager Abby is also very nice and cares about her customers. If there is a problem or something, she does what she can to fix it which is awesome. If there is a problem with something, she does what she can to fix it. Very helpful!
