I would like to give my thanks to Ray and Roy and the rest of the technicians there at the brake masters on Miller Valley Rd in Prescott, AZ. I brought my 1993 Ford van in for repair and some extensive maintenance work and I was more than pleased with the results of their work. I have brought my vehicles into brake masters, wherever I have been in the state and the country and have always been pleased with their performance. Thanks again.

I called Roy to get an appointment, for a synthetic oil, oil filter, lube and a tire rotation. I got there on time and they were ready for me. I was out in about 45 minutes. Everything was done perfectly. Roy and the crew are great people. I’ll be going back for my service there and if I ever need brakes, for sure they’re go to get my business!

I went to Brake Masters in Prescott Az, the Manager Roy was awesome and his customer service was the BEST! I needed rear pads on my truck. They got me in and out, and went above and beyond my expectations. The price was very fair as well. Thank you ?

Start off with I'm not one that normally leaves reviews with places. Most places I visit are mediocre at best. Today however, I was met with somebody that went above and beyond for myself and my family. I came in today only being able to afford brakes for my truck. No rotors, no wheel bearings, and no extra money for incidentals that may have come up during the inspection. I was in a very bad way. Come to find out after the initial inspection that there was a lot more going on with my truck than just brakes and rotors. There was no way I was going to be able to afford all of the extra work. Roy was more than willing to work with me on my situation and my budget. He did a huge solid for myself and my family. He went above and beyond in a world that barely gets up to par. I cannot thank you enough for the win that you gave myself and my family today. Words can never express that. Because of what I was shown today, I trust break masters 100%. They will have my business more than likely for the rest of my life because of this. I can think of no better shop than brake masters in Prescott, Arizona and I will be recommending you to anybody that needs any kind of service work done. Thank you again. Brought in two cars to have brakes checked and one for a/c check. After inspecting the first car they said nothing was wrong and there wouldn't be any charges. Car 2 needed front brakes and a/c recharge. Very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them.

I called this company and told him what was going on with this and where I was at. Roy one of the mechanic guys came down and put one of my bracelet is on on the driver side. He told me to drive down to his shop which is only block down to put the passenger side on. He charged me $200 to do it. If you need anything done this is the company you want to go to in my opinion they deserve more than five stars.Service: Auto brake replacement

So far my truck is operating as if I'd bought it off the Jim Click Dodge Dealership lot in Tucson Auto Mall back on March, 2016. Thank you Roy and gentlemen for making all the repairs and giving my White Dove a good once over making sure the truck was fully road trust worthy and all I will have to worry about for 12,0000 miles or months is oil changes or longer as your warranty states. May you and your employees and their families enjoy a safe and Happy Christmas season and New Year.
