After looking into several places selling wood burning stoves, it was apparent that Builders Wholesale had the most products to choose from, and the lowest cost, by far! We picked out what turned out to be, an awesome stove and pad. During the purchase process, we had several questions before our install date, that were answered immediately. Great customer service! The install process went very well, with the installers covering the floor, and cleaning up after the stove was ready to burn. We were offered a reduced price this summer for the cleaning of the stove pipe, etc. We picked the day and time for the cleaning, the technicians were right on time, curteous, covered the floor again, and were finished in no time. Don't bother going anywhere else!

Builders Wholesale is wonderful. They are courteous, respectful of property and call ahead to make sure you know when they are arriving at your door. I have personally had to visit their store for losing my remotes and they went above and beyond to make sure i had replacements and programed them. I think they are a great Prescott Business. Great employees.

Speaking as a former contractor and home remodeler they have great customer service. They really will help you with your home building needs. In our case they went the extra mile to get us what we were looking for and that is a rare thing in this world we live in now. Their pricing is fair, they are not out to gouge the customer. I wish they had more locations through out Arizona.

They arrived on time and did a very professional job of cleaning my fireplace. They removed all the logs, cleaned them and thoroughly cleaned everything inside and out. Put them back in place. Couldn’t be more pleased with them.Great work!!!

I had Builders Wholesale put in two solar tubes (aka sun tunnels) in my house. One was put it my office in 2018, two months after I moved in, as my house is in the pines and very dark at times. I loved it so much that I decided to put it in my living room as well. Best decision I ever made! It lights up my whole living room, entry hall and hallway down to the primary bedroom. I highly recommend Builders Wholesale! They are totally professional in every way! Best of luck with your home improvements!

We purchased our pellet stove in Fall 2022 from BW. They were fantastic answering all of our questions and getting our order filled. I just had them come and do the annual cleaning and he did a great job, was very personable and it didn't take very long. Great experience working with Ty. Professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Did not sell us more stove than we needed. Fully explained everything to us. There was a home show the day we purchased the stove but Ty took time out from his busy schedule to work with us, answer our questions, etc.

These people are friendly, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. I had a problem during the install and they stuck with me and helped me work it out. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. So now we have a gorgeous fireplace. They have a great staff, and a special thanks to Jerry. Use them, you won’t regret it?????
