Original Review 10/09/2024:
TLDR: ok internet, terrible customer service.
If you need fast internet they can take care of you, but expect outages every few months, terrible customer service, and horrible credits to your bill if something does go wrong. (I lost two days of work and they gave me $15 credit for over $300 of lost revenue from not being able to work because the internet was down.)
If you have another option like MileHigh or Starlink in your area, I would recommend going there first before Sparklight.
Update 10/10/2024:
Very unhappy! If you read the reply to this review you can see that I was told to contact them regarding this issue. I just got off the chat with them and was told they will need to have someone from the local office contact me within 24-48hrs. I have just wasted more of my time dealing with this issue.
Update 10/15/24:
Very unprofessional company. They never reached back out and nothing was ever resolved. Definitely don't waste your time here, bad company, that doesn't follow up with customers when requested. After speaking with them AGAIN they said they would have the local office contact me again in 48hrs. Very sad.
Update 10/17/24:
I'm convinced they are liars at this point, no follow up was made and I'm again reaching out to them to get a solution to this issue. Can't believe something like this can take this long to get resolved.
Final Update 11/1/2024:
It's been a month and I was never called back. I called once more to try and reach a manager but they just set up another ticket for a call back and never called me. They did offer me $20 credit though. Very unprofessional and when I can leave this company I'm going to in an instant. This was by far one of the top worst Customer Service experiences I have ever had.

Had an appt for service. They sent me a text I confirmed waited all afternoon. Nobody showed up. I checked text again and it said cancelled. I did not cancel it. Would be nice if they would have let me know or called to reschedule. Very bad business practice

I was a Sparklight customer in Prescott for 2-1/2 years. Their internet service was exceptional. I'm cheap, so I had one of the lowest bandwidth packages. It was more than enough for the two of us, her on Facebook while I video gamed. For me, the exceptional upload speed and lower latency was perfect for gaming. I think they are the only game in town.
We experienced only two service outages that I know of that lasted more than a couple of hours in duration. Sparklight has a text feature, if you enable it, that keeps you abreast of those situations. I highly recommend that you enable that while on the website. They will not bombard you with text messages.

Currently a customer with Centurylink. I'm moving and wanted to transfer my service. I have tried for days to reach a live person to no avail. With the time crunch upon me, I called Sparklight. Immediately got a live person. Mike. Kudos to Mike! Super helpful and got me set up within minutes for new service. The pricing was great as well! I will be canceling my centurylink today. Mike was trying to send me over to the survey and the line got disconnected, so I am leaving my review here. Thanks again Mike.

It’s going to take them 8 days to come replace my router that they’ve known is having issues!!! Total BS. If you have other options don’t waste your money on Sparklight

Starting the service wasn’t the easiest however Hayden and Titus were the BEST part of the experience. They were very communicative and very friendly. Definitely recommend working with them!

It takes over a week just to get them out to turn their service on. Poor service management would be the most likely reason. Probably why they hold such a small overall market share. Phone reps are nice but that doesn't change poor service time. At this point they are one of the few options for Prescott. As soon as there is competition, they'll lose market share quickly.

I pay $300 and most of my the channels have been out all night seriously spark light is terrible I’m going to streaming but the internet is out also

Andrew and Ti did a great job in diagnosing and fixing a complicated cable situation. They were both very professional and personable. If all service personnel were like them, we would indeed be blessed.

Had a service visit from a tech named Dakota. Excellent job, smart, hard worker, got right to the problem and fixed it. Very pleased! Highly recommended!

Spoke to customer service rep Josh who was friendly and able to answer all my questions and was able to get me a Lowe rate. No complaints of my internet service.
