Excellent customer service! Both on the phone and in person, the staff I dealt with were courteous, kind hearted and professional. The call center is even based inside the USA!The Internet Service (1Gig plan) we signed up for has been flawless so far. Fast speeds and no interruptions!

the installer arrived as scheduled, in spite of the weather (freezing rain, snow flurries, wind, etc.). got the system up and running usingpreviously installed wiring and a bit of innovation. Installer had a great personality and plenty of experience. system performs without issues and/or problems - thanks !.

This is a previuos reveiw from Jan 5th. Do you look at them? "In the interest of improving service I offer the following discoveries. I have Sparklight Connect 300 internet and I have the minimum internet service from CenturyLink. I switched everything over to Sparklight and started having stalled opening pages and streaming buffering issues that were solved when I switched back to CenturyLink. It appears that CenturyLight is working better. Hope this info is helpful?"

I've been a CableOne/Sparklight customer for years until I walked into the Verizon store and walked out with a 5G WiFi router. It only gave me TV buffering and constant audio and picture freezing and sometimes kick me out. After about 6 weeks of this torment T-mobile assured me that their 5G WiFi router would give me excellent WiFi service but only the same grief. So I'm back with Sparklight that has the best uninterrupted service. Thank you.

Much faster speeds and lower pricing than the other options in my neighborhood. I hadn't looked into Sparklight's speed offerings in several years, and was pleased to see the new plans. (I think DOCIS 3.1 was a game changer) Now I am getting 300Mbps, which is about 15 times faster than my previous ISP offered, and for less money. I had to upgrade my 10/100 network switch as it became the bottle neck! Can go up to 1Gbps in the future if I decide to upgrade. For now, this is all I need. Very fast. Had it 20 days, and so far 100% up time.

If you are cancelling your hookup, hustle their equipment back to them quick. Otherwise, they will charge you by the day FULL PRICE as if you are still hooked up and using their cable (even if they know you are disconnected).
