Made an appointment to take my name off of an account, open a new account, and I needed two papers notarized that day. Waited a week for this appointment. Showed up on time. Micah was helping someone else, so I waited. A half hour later I'm still waiting and her appointment after me showed up. Finally, someone that worked there made her aware that she was way behind and people were waiting. She comes over and tells me, not the other person, that she didn't have enough time for me. Huh?! I made an appointment, showed up on time; and waited patiently for a half hour. She treated me like crap and like my business didn't matter. I know my little old checking account won't make or break them, but I won't be opening a new account with them. Terrible and rude customer service.

Disappointed. Went to deposit cash and both drive-up lanes were closed (middle of the day on a week day). Drove back around after seeing the sign to use the ATM, the ATM was down.

Absolutely the worst run Chase bank ever. The ATM is down over half the time. Then you have to go inside where there’s one teller working and another ATM that might be working. Management is clueless!!!Note to bank: Put an ATM OUT FRONT!!! It’s Prescott with tons of foot traffic!!!Moronic!!!!

I see why this has so many negative ratings. I went in to make a simple transaction to pay a balance on my chase credit card. The line was long and the teller was completely lost. Glad I use US bank. I would never trust this branch with any real financial transactions. Not even sure why this branch is open. I would avoid this place.

Absolute clown show from top to bottom. The ringmaster manager will sit and watch you get insulted by the tellers and not say a word. I’ve tried my best working with them but I can’t work with people so rude and arrogant. Sadly my business partner, uses them and I will do everything in my power not to back here. I send my fiancé to use the atm and it didn’t give money and the tellers were so incompetent they didn’t even offer help. Of course it took it out of my account but they couldn’t do a thing. If you want to go to a bank that’s rude, mishandles money, and then gets mad at you when their equipment doesn’t work. Calling support was even worse, we had someone who could hardly speak English. If you want professional banking go elsewhere.

I had a somewhat complicated need recently involving a trust and some iBonds - NO ONE else in town would/could help me - but I called the Gurley Street Chase branch and was fortunate enough to speak with Lizz - she gave me some great info and the next week I called back and got an appointment with her to get this done. It took two tries to get the "back office" the paperwork they required but Lizz GOT THE JOB DONE! I am impressed with her "can do" attitude and received all the help I needed. I'll be dealing with the Chase on Gurley Street from now on!
