This branch may have had management and personnel competency issues in the past, but for the last 18 months I've been going, I've had nothing but a positive experience.

Different tellers make you show ID for making cash deposits while others do not. One teller even told me I couldn't make a cash deposit into my landlords business account for rent. I don't mind playing by the rules, but these idiots always have a different story and attitude. Terrible Bank location and employees.

First of all let me start by saying I do not bank with this institution and it was my first experience with this particular Chase location. I had a business transaction that could only be handled by Chase Bank, hence the reason for my visit. Anyway, I went to this location and dealt with Katie Jarrell, Lead Associate Operations Officer and all I can say is she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'd initially gone in on a Friday morning (yesterday) to handle things which is when I first met with Katie. Later that afternoon, I realized that I had forgotten to deal with something (my error) related to the visit. Long story short, I head back in early the next morning (today, Saturday) and see her smiling face behind the front counter as soon as I walked in, quickly explained to her what I'd forgotten to do and she was ON IT! Without going into a ton of details, she remembered my name when I walked in and greeted me by it (awesomeness :-) was completely easy going and had a 'getter done' kind of attitude when I explained what it was I had to complete. Not only that, she said she'd call me as soon as she heard something and she DID - during the time frame when she said she would. (Note: I'm a HUGE fan when people actually DO what they say they're going to do!) I also dealt with a banker named Jim briefly when I went in today. Jim was also pleasant and extremely helpful. Lastly - a super important detail here - they were SHORT HANDED and she still handled me, and everyone else she was working with like a ROCKSTAR! If for some reason I ever become disenchanted with my present (local) banking institution and had to go a nationwide type bank, I wouldn't hesitate to go to THIS Chase location. Highly recommend!

Best Chase Bank in Prescott hands down. Best customer service and care. The team here has been great. Each time I've contacted them for assistance or walked in for my banking needs, they've been amazing.Thank you Billy for taking time to assist me and saving me time and money! Thank you Jessica and Alexis being so welcoming and helpful.I hope Chase values each one of you and gives you due recognition for representing Chase in the best way possible. I am so thankful for this Chase branch and highly recommend this location in Prescott. Good location with a nice drive through, great inside banking, and ample parking. Close to grocery, food, shops and easy access to downtown Prescott!

We are moving to Prescott, but still live out of state (some 3,000 miles away) until mid-June. We opened an account online, so we could transfer funds and use the account to set up utilities and such in Prescott. We transferred money into our new account from our current account where we live. Once it was transferred out of our account, I logged into the new Chase account to see if it had arrived. I could not access the account as it was suddenly blocked for suspicious activity. We'd received no notice that it was blocked, so if we hadn't checked ourselves, we would have never known. We have tried to reach someone on the phone for 3 days now, spending some 6 hours total on hold! Everyone we get through to a human being, either they cannot help us, they put us into another queue (another hour or more on hold), or they hang up on us. One of the reps actually told us that they doubted they could get hold of a manager because it was ALMOST closing time. Realy??? Then, after waiting another 20 minutes on hold, the system hung up on us -- couldn't take our call. This is the WORST customer service we have ever encountered. We cannot go to the branch for assistance because we are some 3,000 miles away and packing up to move. We have no idea whether our funds ever arrived in the account or where those funds are or why the account is blocked -- because it is blocked, no one can tell us anything and they cannot fix it! Now I have contacted my current bank to find out if they can trace and cancel the transfer. At least they will call me back when it's my turn in the queue. Totally dissatisfied with Chase Banking! NOTE: This is no reflection on the actual branch as I have never been there. Sorry -- but I had to put this review somewhere.

The bank representative, Cody, was very patient with my inexperienced questions concerning credit building and getting a secured credit card. He also advised me on starting a saving account. Thank you very much, CHASE BANK is the bank to have....especially if you are a veteran. I highly recommend CHASE.

The ATM miss read a check and paid me too much. When I contacted a different branch they did not follow up. This branch took my amount and deducted the amount out of my account. Did not follow up with the bank drawn on the account. The person who wrote the check had to contact her bank which they put back the funds and then settled it with Chase Bank.

They allegedly have a faulty bill counter at the drive through teller. Went through the drive through because it was busy on Friday and we’re still social distancing due to COVID-19. Sent my deposit through the tube and the teller on the left (who was processing transactions at about 1 to every 3 that the competent teller on the right was processing) tells me my Cash deposit Is short $50. I tell her I counted it three times (not disclosing that I have 15+ years of cash counting experience myself and an excellent track record) and ask her to send it back. She does. I count it again and have my partner count it again. We both get the same amount. My deposit is NOT short. I send it back with this information. She has her more efficient colleague re-count it who gives us the thumbs up through the window. After a $12 “service fee” days before this deposit, I am considering moving my money after almost 20 years of banking with Chase. Didn’t Chase just get a government bail-out and they’re still cheating their customers out of money?! Unreal!

I opened an account with Chase because they were inside Fry's on Willow Creek and they were handy. Now they are closing them in Fry's. The next closest Chase Branch is down by True Value. That branch has NO drive-through or ATM except inside the building. The next closest after that is the one downtown that's closed for ??? Now I have to drive almost to COSTCO for there next Chase branch which is not very convent at all. One additional annoyance is that I have to call to get into my safety-deposit box or I might have a long wait or no access at all. Since we have the Covid-19 virus their branches are not set-up right for customer safety. It would be much safer if you could stay in your car. I will pursue other banks for our needs.
