Crimson Chair is a modern salon located in beautiful Prescott, AZ, offering services in hair, esthetics, and permanent makeup. They use Unite brand hair products. One customer had a great experience getting their long curly hair cut by Natalie, who did an amazing job trimming their hair and providing education on maintaining healthy curls. Natalie was described as very nice and knowledgeable, with a cute and clean salon. Another customer was referred to Crimson Chair and, although Natalie was not available, was accommodated by Jennie on a Saturday. Jennie was described as kind and professional, doing an amazing job with the customer's cut and color, and providing excellent customer service. A third customer appreciated the nice design of the salon and had a positive experience with their perm, regretting only having a small amount of money to tip the stylist. They plan to return in the future with more money to tip appropriately. Overall, Crimson Chair provides great service in a modern setting with knowledgeable stylists.
I am visiting my student pilot and needed a haircut and beard trim. The owner got me in immediately later on a weekday. Her employees and clients were friendly. The shop is outstanding as were the haircut and beard trim.
