After a terrible experience at a different CVS pharmacy, Brandon and Kyle took care of my mom's pharmacy needs. Not only were they empathetic and compassionate but they transferred my mom's prescriptions and had them ready with little to no notice. We will be making the transfer of mom's prescriptions to this location permanent. Their high level of customer service and kindness is greatly appreciated. Way to go guys!! 💙

Picking up a refill with a new loyalty card from the manufacturer...the staff had to call and get the card numbers to work...saved us a lot of money! CVS is great!!!

I’ve been a customer at the CVS on Willow Creek since we moved to Prescott in 2018, and I can’t say enough good things about the pharmacy staff there. Time and again, they’ve gone above and beyond—whether it’s helping me get a prescription filled sooner than expected or searching for GoodRx discounts to help lower my costs.
Their professionalism and kindness, especially throughout the challenges of COVID and ongoing staffing pressures, have been truly exemplary. I wish I could name every team member who has helped me over the years, but one person stands out: Kyle. He has been my go-to for anything prescription-related—always dependable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Kyle has consistently gone the extra mile, and I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without him.
I sincerely hope CVS management recognizes how special this team is. It’s people like Kyle and his colleagues who make all the difference—and who give customers a reason to choose this pharmacy over others. Kindness and professionalism matter, and this team has both in spades.
