Pharmacy is great! The passport photo center is a useless piece of machine! Im somewhat tech saavy and this is a pain to use. Way to take all humanity out of everything and still charge us more. Will not step foot in this place again!!!

Worst experience at a pharmacy EVER. Wife had been given a sample of a new medicine by doctor then we went to CVS to get prescription filled. She was having a bad reaction possiblity to Strong dose They treated her like a drug addict and gave her a bucket but didn't want her in bathroom. I didn't overhear everything or I would have jumped the counter and beat pharmacist a$$. Wife told me later what they said by then we were far away went back later TT manager and never used CVS again. Wife was 60yr old dressed nice clean etc.

The customer service at CVS on Willow Creek has really gotten bad. The help I received at the drive thru was horrible, the girl had a horrible attitude never smiled or acted like she could care less. There has got to be a better Pharmacy up in Prescott.

The Pharmacist and staff at Willow Lake have been a real blessing to our family! To see a friendly smile and a kind word is sometimes the best medicine. Thank you for showing true human kindness and serving Prescott Az.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They screw up renewals and blame me! Between the doctor and CVS pharmacy I end up running short on essential medications and there is no customer service. Like the rest of the medical institutions they just don't care. Take your prescription business somewhere else.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in there today to have 3 prescriptions filled for our son who just had oral surgery. ALL of the drop off windows were closed. So we went to the consultation window where we stood for several minutes with no one even acknowledging our presence. Eventually we gave up and went to stand in line with everyone else at the pick up counter since it was the ONLY area that was manned. We stood there for at least 10 minutes while customers asked why everything is so backed up. Once we got to the front of the line I was informed that I was in the wrong line. I advised them that all other windows were closed. The to me was "oh, then you need to go to consultation" I expressed that a sign indicating such would be helpful. I was told "We are doing the best we can. We are short staffed. The response every time to others and to me was "we are so understaffed". So someone asked if they are having such a hard time filling customer needs why have they closed on weekends. The answer was the same. So the clerk indicated that "It's so hard on Mondays" because they have too many orders to fill from all the weekend requests. This place needs a manager who can recognize that staffing shortages are not solved by closing two days and expecting existing staff to do 7 days worth of work in 5 days. The Corporate office needs to recognize that if they can't fill their vacancies it's due to one of two issues 1. Substandard wages or 2. Poor work environment (or both). Cut into your profits a bit CVS and start serving your customers or close your doors. Walmart does better!

CVS Pharmacy on Willow Creek has been a major blessing to my family. They have advocated for us many times. They are easy to work with and really professional. Today, I watched them work with a single customer for 5-10 minutes to make sure she had exactly what she needed. They go above and beyond. Thankful to have them in my neighborhood.

I got a text from cvs they are filling my prescription. I go to cvs and it won't be ready for a few days. Why send the text? I ask? "It's just to let you know we are getting ready to fill it". My husband went to pick it up later but lunch is at 1:30. He asks someone to help him and the 2 pharmacy people refused to speak to him. Just wouldn't answer him. Why should I use this cvs?

These technicians and pharmacists care so much and do everything they can. I am so happy to have a pharmacy full of empathy despite the stress and pressure of their job.

Love this store! Everyone is very helpful and respectful. I love that they seem to be well staffed with little wait time for service.

Worst pharmacy ever. No customer service, no customer care. They don't answer their phone, they don't care how long you have to wait in their drive through. They closed their pharmacy on the weekends and never bothered to tell customers with existing prescriptions up about it. Do not give this CVS business. They are completely incompetent and uncaring.

The "drive-thru" window at CVS Willow Creek is absolutely worthless! They provide Covid testing which takes approximately 30 minutes per customer leaving everyone else in line to sit and wait to pick up their prescriptions for, possibly, HOURS. There are no signs warning cars in line that if you are further back than first or second in line, you will be waiting over an HOUR just to have the chance to pick up your needed prescription(s). If there are more cars behind you, you are stuck there against your will. This is madness! I will NEVER use this pharmacy again and will warn anyone who wants to go there, NOT to do so! It is an embarrassment to the company and its owner Aetna. What a sham!!!
