I bought a sweater that was on sale and it had two different pink stickers. One that was for $24 and some change the other for $16 and some change. I grabbed it because of the $16 price. Jeri who rung me up was just awful. She had zero clue to what she was doing and when I questioned her about the the lower price she refused to give it to me and said the price was the $24 one and the $16 one was an accident. I said well that isn't my fault and you should honor the lower price. She said she wasn't allowed to do that. I should have asked for a manager but I didn't have time. I've been in retail management for over 20 years. You honor the price! I won't go back if this is the example Dillards is setting. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from her. Additionally I watched her attempt to assist a woman in the dressing room prior to my purchase and the woman was yelling at her because Jeri was going the wrong way and not paying attention to where the items were the woman needed or what she was doing. I bought the sweater anyway as it was the perfect gift I was looking for but what a joke she was.

I hate shopping! I needed some good shoes. The sales associate, Hannah, was so helpful, professional, kind and was so sincere on making sure I got shoes I'd be comfortable in, look great, and would help my feet. Truly a gem for Dillard's. Then, Ali in cosmetics did a fantastic job correcting my makeup use and helped me get just the right shades. She was so kind and truly cared how I felt. I left the store feeling so good that I had totally forgot about hating shopping.

Ethan in the shoe department was great! He was very accommodating and patient with pulling numerous shoes and sizes for me as requested. He even went out of his way to check other Dillard’s stores to see what shoe styles and sizes for me were in stock! He was very nice and had wonderful customer service. A very pleasant staff member with great hospitality. Truly an asset to the team!

Only good department store in the area. Selection is decent.The workers, specifically woman’s department are useless. They just stare and look but don’t ask if you need help. They will come up and ask to keep your stuff at the counter though!! No thanks I don’t want to give you my sale, I’ll go over to the men’s or kids and pay. The men’s section has always been helpful and kind.

We had to stop in last minute and Shavon helped us pick out a beautiful gown and jacket. They were closing but she still delivered excellent customer service even though the other staff members were impatiently waiting for us to leave.

Went I to ask for help on finding a size 18 dress . Asked the woman for help she said we only have 2 pieces . I need a 1 piece. Then she sent me into the JUNIORS section like , OOPS SORRY . They only go to size 16..Prescott Dillards.. DO BETTER !! Stop catering to the retires and fuddy duddy clothing .. no wonder we lost our mall.

Shocked that they sell top designer car seats and won’t allow the courtesy of bringing them out to check that they fit in your car. Due to safety regulations, they won’t accept returns on opened boxes. So be sure the model you choose will fit in your car.
I’ve been looking at Nuna infant car seats that snap into Nuna or UppaBaby strollers, and with their long bases, they take up so much space in my SUV that my husband’s knees hit the glove box because the seat has to be moved up so far. I learned this because I tried it out at Pottery Barn Kids in Scottsdale. They allowed me to test it out there!
Now I’m car shopping to find a car that will accommodate the car seat. I wanted to bring my husband’s SUV to Dillard’s and see if they could help us find a solution and I was told “no” straightaway by the associate. When I told them that PBK extended that courtesy to us, they checked with the manager who also said “no”. I was offered dimensions which can be found online. Car seats don’t have straight edges, and the front seat this needs to fit behind can be reclined/inclined to find the best fit. Dimensions aren’t helpful in this case.
Oh well, back to Scottsdale for the customer service I expect when making a $500 final sale purchase. And I won’t be bothering to shop at Dillard’s for fashion anymore, since I can get free shipping and returns with Nordstrom.com.

It's nice to have actual sales clerks. Went to the shoe department and they had 3 sales clerks, kind of a blast from the past. Haven't experienced that in years👍Ethan was wonderful and super helpful!👍👍👍👍
