Eagle Ridge Group Campground

Eagle Ridge Group Campground offers two group sites, including the Peregrine site. It is described as a very nice, clean, and fun campground, excellent and safe for large groups or family reunions. The area is beautiful, secluded, and close to Lynx Lake, with walkable access to the water and nearby hiking trails. The camping area is large enough for several medium-sized tents, with tent pads surrounding a central heavy-duty ramada featuring concrete picnic tables. Facilities include electricity, lighting, a water hydrant, potable water, coal BBQs, and a fire pit. The vault toilets are noted as very well-maintained, clean, and without smell, though some reviewers did not care for this type of toilet. Parking is limited to approximately five spaces. The host is noted as amazing for daily check-ins. The site is cool with a nice breeze in summer and offers excellent stargazing. Visitors should note that bathroom lighting is external, requiring headlamps at night, and advise bringing hand sanitizer and biodegradable soap as washing water runs into the soil. Transporting gear like kayaks down to the lake can be a trek.
