It took more than 2 weeks for a package to come from Stockton Ca. To Humboldt az. I looked up the tracking info it was in phoenix,AZ within 2 days then bounced around from fed ex "smart hubs" for the next two weeks until finally making its way to my area an hour north of phoenix... Smart hub??? I think not lol

I run a local business, and deal with FedEx on a daily basis. The customer service is always top notch, everyone goes out of there way to help. Can't say enough good things about them. If I could I give 10 stars.
