Jace was awesome from the start. No pressure, no cheesy sales tactics, no running back and forth to “check with the manager.” He was just genuinely helpful and made the whole process easy. He answered every question, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about getting us the best deal—not just making a sale.
By the end, the choice felt obvious. My wife got the Brand New 2026 GMC Terrain she wanted, and I unexpectedly got an upgrade myself - my wife is happier than she was before. Win-win.

I just purchased a top of the line Densli Cayon truck from Findlay GMC. These people give 5 stsr service and are very professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
Not only are they friendly, they go over and above showing their courtesy when instructing you with all the new technology associated with your new vehicle.

Very friendly staff at this dealership.
Lowell Hundt worked with me to find the right vehicle. No pressure, Lowell patiently listened to what I was looking for and worked hard to find me the right vehicle at a fair price.
His low pressure approach and knowledge of the vehicles was second to none.
Very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the technology in these vehicles.
Walked me through everything that this vehicle was equipped with until I was comfortable with it.
