Hello I am writing this review in hopes of saving some people the heartache, headache, waste of time, the consumption of lies from this dealership. I have been emailing this Bryan Colton in Sales and Sales Manager Alex Grijalva about information pictures and buying options but they have not taken care of my business inquiries... during this whole time they never bothered to call me in person or anything, no help with buying options or anything.To top it off today I seen that they raised the price by $5,430 !!!!!! Yeah definitely not suspicious.. Shame on you Findlay Buick GMC.! Thanks for nothing!!!

By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Teresa was so courteous and helpful, I cannot wait to buy another vehicle! Also, Cimeron deserves a shout out as well. she came in on her day off to push all the paperwork through on the financial side. Thanks to everyone at Findlay Buick GMC!

Only show in Prescott for GM and Chevy repairs requiring standard dealership service. I found them to be very profesional, helpful, and honest. They spotted some issues on my vehicle and repairs were done quickly. I also needed work on my exhaust system. They said they could do the repairs, but recommended I go to an exhaust shop that would save me money. Great folks.

Took my vehicle in for a Warranty Repair a couple of weeks ago. They were quick to get me in, were very professional, and did pretty good work, which is rare to find when it comes to dealerships. My only complaint is they were kinda messy when topping off my rear differential. I wish Google allowed half stars, so I could've given this place a 4.5-star review. But it's making me choose between 4 and 5-star. 4 is too low. So I will give it a 5, because I'm forgiving.

Personnel were polite and helpful and the service was done as requested.However, I had the tires rotated on the vehicle during this visit. The vehicle developed a vibration afterwards. I had already scheduled a return visit to have another repair made. While at the second visit I asked if the tires had been balanced when they were rotated. Turns out they weren't because that is not routine in your shop. I had the tires balanced for an additional fee. This would have required another appointment had I not already scheduled the other repair work previously.Bottom line, I think that tire balancing should always be part of a tire rotation at a professional shop and would have been nice to know that it is not included routinely. I found this to be poor customer service and an added inconvenience.

Everyone was so nice, Alex bent over backwards for us he listened to what I wanted and got me my perfect car. my son bought a car here the week after we did. I recommend them to anybody and Alex was awesome he stayed late to help us.

Perfect customer service at Findlay Buick GMC Prescott. They made sure my husband and I were comfortable in our choice of vehicle. They were patient while we visited other dealers to test drive the cars and decide. They were prompt and responsive to all emails, calls and text messages. The delivery of our cars was smooth. All of our questions were answered. If we had more we just texted. We will definitely be back in the future.

Tania at the Findlay collision center provided red carpet service from start to finish. She knew what she was doing with insurance claims, thoroughly assessed damage and told me what to expect all along the way. She made it so easy to have my car repaired. Five gold stars!

Terrible dealership. From day one I've had brake issues and they have refused to fix because "I don't know what I'm talking about" I've had the car for barely 6k miles. Within that short time frame I've had to get the transmission mounts replaced and now I need all new brakes. The technician says it's because I "ride my brakes too hard" Martin the sales manager there needs to be fired. He's a scumbag. This whole dealership from GMC, Toyota and Subaru they're all crooks. Will be contacting lawyers and the bank that loaned me the money for the car to let them know I got a sold a lemon. Please everyone if you value your money do not shop here go to a real dealership with real mechanics. Terrible experience. Stay far away from here. Scambook, yelp, and Google needs to know about these terrible people

My car was being serviced at the GMC Collision Dept. my car was being fixed after a rear ended experience. Tonya communicated with me frequently letting me know the progress on my vehicle throughout the process. What a gal!!!! She’s the bomb and hoping she is reeping some kind of reward for her job ethics, friendly smile, and on the ball attitude.
